Q: How do I pair my UBoom UE to my IPad?
A: Hello. To pair your Boom to your iPad, you will hold down the Bluetooth button (the small button above the magic button) until the speaker makes the pairing sound and the light starts blinking. Then, you will go into your iPad Bluetooth settings and tap on the Boom 3 in the "available devices". You will want to download the Ultimate Ears app to unlock all of the amazing features of your new Boom 3 speaker!
Q: There are no operating instructions, how do you turn off and on, as well as adjust the volume?
A: The small button on top marked with a hyphen is the on-off button. Hold it down for a couple of seconds to turn the speaker on or off. You can adjust the volume using either the controls on the device you’re playing your music on or by using the large plus and minus volume control buttons on the side of the speaker itself.
Q: what is the difference between megaboom 3 and boom 3
A: The Megaboom 3 is going to be louder and have a bigger boom, when it comes to bass.The Megaboom also has 20 hours of battery life, whereas the Boom 3 has 15 hours. Both of them have 150ft Bluetooth range and are rated for IP67 water rating.
A: Yes. The speaker is very loud, especially considering the small size. I drive a diesel truck at work (very loud), and the speaker is easy to hear over the noise/sound of the truck.
