    I came in looking for a replacement Bose speaker for my wife as hers died after years of use. The store was out so I gave this one a try. She does not like the battery life or sound quality. Not happy about this product.

    Junk compared to the Boom 2. The 2 has much more depth of sound. I've gone through 3 of these and still disappointed. At low volume it's okay, but anything past 50% and its scratchy and the bass sounds broken.

    Less than four months after purchasing this for our daughter, it completely stopped charging. She tried everything to get it to work and nothing was successful. Of course, it can’t be returned to Best Buy because it is greater than 90 days from the original purchase date. A complete waste of money!

    Terrible product from the time I purchased won’t charge piece of crap. I only gave it a one star because I couldn’t do a zero.

      Hello, I am so sorry to hear your speaker will not keep a charge. That is definitely not normal. It sounds like you may have received a defective unit, which can sometimes happen. Luckily, this speaker does come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech, so we can get that replaced for you. Often times, issues like this can be resolved by making sure the speaker is up to date using the free Ultimate Ears app. Otherwise, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that can be used to have the battery replaced.     I had it for two weeks and the speaker blow it sounded terrible I called the store they said they couldn't do nothing for me

      Hi Jason, Very sorry to hear about the issue you had with the Boom 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker sounding terrible. Have you downloaded the Ultimate Ears Boom app? Not only will this help make the speaker sound better by allowing you to adjust the EQ. More importantly, when you initially begin using it with your speaker, it will upgrade the firmware to your speaker. Another thing you can do is check your phones audio settings. If that doesn't solve the problem, Ultimate Ears does have a 2-year limited hardware warranty for the Boom 3.
