It has the ability to be turned on and off from the app which is great. And the presets in the app add to the ambiance.

Great speaker for music and voice

I asked one of my sons for advice and he suggested the Ultimate Ears - Boom. It plays my music with a full sound and lets me listen to sports programs with clarity. I'm very pleased with this speaker and would recommend it.

Party Mode is Disappointing

The system is really disappointing. Audio will cut out of one speaker or the other every few seconds and after a while the non-dominant speaker will lose connection and need to be reconnected. If you're looking for one speaker these are great but if, like me, you're drawn to UE/Boom for the ability to listen through several speakers at once, you'll be disappointed.

Great portable soeaker

They are easy to connect and have enough sound to have a party. We like the size as it is about the size of a water bottle, therefore it fits anywhere a water bottle fits.
