Great Speaker but lacks support

But what was MORE surprising was the sound coming out of it. Really clear quality to a certain point. Enough to fill my living room ( 30x 30 x 10). Just by holding the speakers you can tell it will with stand the “drop test” it’s a really ruggedize feeling. I haven’t tested it out yet, but I am pretty sure float in water and have no issues. The Bad : Some distortion with max volume and songs with a lot of base. But to me that’s common with all speakers. Had issue with pairing a second phone to the device, but this was my mistake, I was pressing the wrong button. However, I took the tech support 1 week to get back to me after I sent them a video of what I was doing.. 1 week is rather long to get support. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a durable speaker.
