Ultimate Ears - WONDERBOOM Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Lilac

I was looking for an easy way to get music around the house without paying thousands of dollars. I thought I'd end up with sonas or Bose but this is doing great. I am not a music critic and I don't throw house parties. I use mine to listen to music as I clean or stream audiobooks or podcasts. While in store I tried these out and was impressed with the richness of sound and the way it handled music with some bass to it. I thought it sounded as good as the Bose. In my home it has functioned just as well. I like it much better than the Alexa and it's miles above that echo. I charged it in the car on the way to work and it is still on that first charge. I have not tried to use it in series with another megaboom but I might. The Bluetooth worked well with my iPhone. You don't even have to choose it on your settings after the first time. Just turn on the speaker and they connect. I can't get it to work w my iPad though. The only negative (and that's nitpicking) is the loud noise when you turn it on and off

I got my Mom a UE WONDERBOOM and I personally loved how it sounded. I finally decided to get one for myself and picked the Concrete color because it looks pretty rad. With any portable Bluetooth speaker, I don't recommend pushing the volume above 50%. And with the WONDERBOOM, I don't even go near that volume level. It's loud enough to fill most rooms. The sound is bass-boosted at lower volumes and that helps give your music a bit of punch. But as you turn it up, the sound signature balances itself out to protect the speaker from itself. An issue that I've discovered with the UE WONDERBOOM is that with some phones, the Bluetooth connection won't be perfect and the music will sound distorted. The speaker itself is fine with my iPhone and iPad. But distortion is apparent with my Android device (Essential Phone). So I'm not sure what to suggest here. Try it out with your Android phone and if it distorts, don't think twice and just exchange it for another model, something like the Bose SoundLink Micro or the cheaper Sony SRS-XB10. But if you've got an iDevice, I can safely say you're good to go and enjoy crisp, funky audio from this little thing.

Got this on sale at a great price. Sounds great for a speaker a size of a softball. Use it at work all day long. I work a 10hr shift and this battery keeps going. I keep it under half volume. Dropped it a few times at counter hight and no marks. Took it with me on vacation in hawaii and was flawless at the beach with the hot sun, plus the sand just brushed off. Happy with my purchase. Oddly, I use it more often then my Bose revolve plus even though my Bose sounds better. For the price of the UE I wont worry if anything bad happens to it since my Bose cost me 6x more.

These are great speakers. They were submersed in water at the lake and work great. We have two of these. They can pair together from the same source or have separate sources. Sounds comes from all around the speaker instead of just from the front or front and back with comparable speakers. Highly recommend.

I took a long while to pick and tested plenty. These just had the edge with durability, sound and waterproof features. I wanted a traveler for all conditions. Others like the JBL 4 you can see the woofer flex which to me, shows it can loose its integrity if hit. These are little tanks of strength and sound. I bought 2 to pair for presentations, I put them in separate areas of the room, connect to my presentation and perfectly fills the room. Then I had them at the beach, group of 10 in different spots, filled the party greatly. Of course base could be bigger but the mids and highs were so clean it performed greatly. Granted the bass was no less then others in its class. Ideally go Mega and add these for surround but they travel so easily you can always have it.

I've tried a few Bluetooth speakers and have owned the Sony SB2, the soundfreaq sound spot and the harman kardon onyx mini. This is by far my favorite. The wonderboom has the best package for the price. IP70 Waterproof and dust proof. Shock proof to 5 feet and also the 360 sound make this very tough to beat. The Jbl flip 4 might have slightly better sound but that depends on how you like your music. The wonderboom has a little more bass but the flip 4 might have better mids and highs. They are both Waterproof but I prefer the wonderboom because of the multi directional speaker layout. It sounds great outside and the Bluetooth range is amazing. About 100 feet before it starts to break up. I got it on sale for $79.99 great deal at that price.

I Totally Loved this Portable and Waterproof speaker it was so worth buying. Im able to use it at work and for family gatherings the sound is amazing and overall battery last long. Went on and bought a second one for my daughter and not to mention its saves way much space.

I bought the UE Wonderboom for my dad and was so impressed with the sound and the ability to play music from 2 speakers, I had to have one! The JBL’s I have don’t do that, maybe the new ones do but mine aren’t new. I love music and like to listen to it pretty loud. I like that it’s drop proof and water proof. The sound is amazing, I want 2 now! Get it you won’t regret it expecially the 10 hours of play time on a charge!!
