    The speaker suddenly stopped working, I thought is had run out of battery charge but when connected and try to recharge, it would not take the charge any more, luckily I had purchase a protection plan. Sincerely, Carl.

    I bought this item in late November 2019. At the time of writing this review it’s mid 2022. This is still going strong. I use it almost everyday, and yet for its price, it is surprisingly good. I used to have JBL FLIP 4, for double the price of this speaker and that stopped working in under a year. This one is going for straight three years. Impressive sound quality and bass. Great battery life, lasts longer than 6-8hours on average at moderate volumes.

    Wonderboom Bluetooth Speaker Works Great

    I initially paired the speaker with my phone and it worked great. Thought I would try something more difficult and paired it with a computer at least 75 ft away outside. It rained that night so I left the Wonderboom outside and it continued to play flawlessly. It will be great to take with us on trips and use outside.. Love it.

    I would give less than one star if I could. Of course, now that it cannot be returned it decides to function improperly. It doesn't even play for 2 hours on a full charge. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I want a replacement !!!

    The first one I purchased lasted for 1 or 2 uses. I returned it for another one and had the same issue. I maybe got 4 or 5 uses out of the 2nd one and now it won't do anything. Don't waste your money.

    Product literally broke within a week of getting it. The bass was messed up and it sounds like allot of static all of the sudden. Not worth the buy, seriously.

    The Wonderboom is loud but it is not the best. When the volume is turned all the way up the sound coming from the Wonderboom is terrible, a whole lot of static sound.

    Died after a few months. The warranty is useless because you have to first request a refund from the retailer, and send the refund denial letter to Ultimate Ears before they will process a claim.

    The speaker doesn’t work unless it’s plugged into its charger. I don’t know if mine just came broken or if this is how the speaker works? Either way I’m not satisfied with my purchase

    I bought one a month or so before I bought this last one and it's not working now. Can't get it to sync with my MacBook Pro. The first one worked just fine.

    The battery went red about 20 minutes after I started using the fully charged speaker. This happened twice out of the box so I returned it.

    Works great in the shower

    I've used the speaker for a couple of weeks in the shower. The battery lasts longer than I expected. The sound has deep bass and is very clear. Buttons allow for volume adjustment, pause/play, and skip to next track.
