I gifted this to my husband for Christmas. He used it once. & when it needed to be charged it would not charge.

Battery did not last the amount what it promotes.will not purchase this again

Made a strange noise while playing music. Come to find out it had been soldered incorrectly.

It's very poor speaker with very poor sound quality. I returned it and got JBL flip4 which is best

This device did not come with instructions and setting it up was frustrating. It was not user friendly.

I really love this speaker and everything it does. I immediately noticed what they call "360 degree sound" as the sound carried throughout the house from such a small package. I took it outside while I played with my kids and I actually had to lower it as I felt it would bother the neighbors. It really carried. I then placed it in the shower and it has yet to disappoint. I charged it when i took it out of the box and have not had to charge it since (3 weeks). This is with periodic use and almost daily showers. I shut it off with a touch of a button so it doesn't waste battery, but it shuts off after only a minute or two of non-use. Overall I could not be happier with this speaker and I cannot wait to take it on vacation with me poolside. I highly recommend it.

Did not like the sound. Returned the product. Quality to me was very poor. Sound was very bad.

Won't change. Tried changing last night. Today it gave me 25 minutes of music and went quiet.

This little speaker boost a huge amount of high quality sound. Sutup is super easy and the waterproof ability makes it ready to go anywhere.

This speaker is amazing. The sound is great. The fact that it's waterproof is great too. I'm gonna be singing in the shower a lot more now

What a great little speaker! Don't let the small size fool you, it produces amazing sound in a compact size. Great bass, clear highs. I imagine it would only be better if you had two of them. Pros: Easy to pair with Bluetooth devices. Very compact, 360 sound. Water-resistant so can be used in the shower or by the pool. I tested it in the shower with no issues. Supposedly it floats, but I didn't test that feature. It has very few buttons, a power button, a button to initiate pairing, and a button that serves the purpose to play/pause/skip music tracks. It didn't come with very comprehensive instructions, so it took me a while to figure out how to skip a track, finally I decided to try the double press on the switch. I listened to it all day at work at a fairly moderate volume and was still getting the "high" indicator when checking the battery level. Dropped it from a moderate height (3-4 feet) with no damage. Which brings me to the cons: There is no battery level indicator, just a tone that plays 3 different notes depending on high, medium, or low charge. It didn't seem to want to reconnect to the last device automatically. That could probably have been an error on my part, as I used several different devices to test the range of functionality. Then when I went back to the first one, I had to go to Bluetooth settings on my device and choose the speaker to connect to it. If you have an antiquated device that doesn't have Bluetooth and requires the auxiliary jack, you can't use it. (not an issue for me, but I'm listing it because it could be for some) Additional notes: It doesn't come with an AC adapter, but has a standard USB connection so any that you have will work and the speed of the charge will depend on the output of that.

The sound out of this is incredible! It can get very loud with a great balance of bass, mids, and treble. Its waterproof and drop proof, so I can use it outdoors without worrying it will get damaged. Great job Logitech/Ultimate Ears!
