This product is very sleek. While it might not have the tangle of motion other mounts have…. It almost gives the appearance your Sony TV is floating in the air. Also the magnetic top keep tv from drooping. It’s a sexy tv mount of such a thing is possible.

This mound is extremely secure and should be for what we paid for the TV it holds up. I don’t feel nervous at all about the stability. The wide design allows you to catch at least two studs in the wall and still center the TV where you want it. I love the magnetic catch that holds it close to the wall but it’s still easy to pull out when you need to access the back.

Great Wall Mount for my new Sony 55" OLED TV! The printed instructions weren't as concise as I would have liked, but an online Sony video provided the details needed to complete the installation of the mount and hang the TV. Not much room for the TV wiring, but it all works!

I purchased this mount and was excited that it allowed the TV to pull out from the wall, seemed relatively easy to install and assumed that Sony would know which of their products would fit on their TV's. The Sony Site and the Best buy site show this mount as applicable for use on the Sony 75 inch X950H TV. Unfortunately this is incorrect. I don't blame Bestbuy as they are only following what the manufacturer recommends. Here is the problem with the mount. The instructions have you remove 4 screws from the back of the TV that are recessed approximately an inch from the surface of the back plastic. To start there is a plate the is to be installed on the back of the TV using screws they provide, screwing into the holes left from the removal in step one. Unfortunately they provide you with screws that are the same size and length as the ones removed from the back of the TV. Remember the screws are recessed, but the plate to be installed lays flat across the back thus the screws are approximately an inch to short. I called Geek Squad and they recommended I call Sony, which I did. I was astounded by the lack of knowledge their people have about their products. I talked to three different people. The first person, I had to explain what recessed was and that I needed 4 longer screws. He said they would send me the correct screws. After not hearing anything from them for a week I decided to call them back as the window was rapidly closing for me to be able to return the mount. The second person seemed a little more knowledgeable than the first and said they would send me the right screws for this kit. My concern now was they were going to send me the exact screws that I already have are are to short. To my surprise they weren't. They were actually smaller in diameter and shorter in length. oh...and there were only three. The kit requires 4. The third person call right before the screw delivery. he explained to me that they got with their engineers and are confident they have identified the right screws...guess again!! This was about three weeks ago, and after this I decided to return the mount as this was the last day Bestbuy would refund my money. Today I just received some more screws from Sony 4 of the smaller ones and 2 other mystery screws. Bottom line. Do not buy this mount if you bought anything that has recess screws in the back of your tv...X950H 75
