Not fair to the consumer

Our home remodel finished after the return date qualifying date, and now we are left with an expensive bracket that I knew didnt fit the tv, but your rep said it would. Not sure that i would shop with B Buy anymore...just not right.

Work never completed

I have the tv that was being moved on its side in my kitchen. Not on the wall with the wall mount, and not connected. You made 6 appointments to complete the job. Nobody ever showed. I am hiring an independent person to complete the work you did not do I will never buy anything from Best Buy. I WAS one of your biggest fans

I already had a previously installed wall mount from my prior tv that was interchangeable with this product; therefore, I did not need this product and should not have ordered it. The product has now been returned and the credit to my account purportedly initiated. Thank You.

Terrible do not buy! Sags and flimsy

Spent over 4K on Sony TV and install bracket is defective and Bestbuy think I’m going to un-Mount the tv and send return it by fed ex. Terrible customer service. Such bad service over bracket, now returning everything!

If mounted on a stud, the TV would not be centered. If not mounted on a stud, but centered, the TV would not be safe.

It’s worth the money

At first I just used my old mount, it worked ok but I wanted the tv to be tighter to the wall with the option to swivel the tv. The Sony mount is designed for their tvs and works exceptionally well and as an added bonus cable hook up is very easy as the tv pulls away from the wall and swivels. Very happy with the quality.

Durable, perfect fit on the Sony OLEDs

Liked it so much, I purchased a second one for my smaller XR-65A80J. For the 65", didn't use the larger base piece as I was able to attach to the studs just fine without it. Very sturdy, very easy fit to the back of the set for easy on/off as needed. Highly recommended.
