Ring doesn’t work, return policy is awful.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does not work. I didn’t realize that Best Buy has such an abismal return policy, otherwise I would have purchased elsewhere. The ring does not connect to the app.

It sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Two major Cons: 1. Data is only somewhat accurate compared to other wearable tech devices 2. Short battery life. The battery goes from 100% to 30% in one day at “chill mode” since a mont ago after their “update”. I can’t run it longer than a few hours in “turbo mode” I regret buying this product. I would like to return it if I can. Pros: No monthly subscription fee unless you want specific functions like “diabetes” monitoring

Wish it worked for me!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for about a week and then it stopped charging and would not turn on. The features and app are wonderful but the technology is not there yet. I was looking for a minimal fitness tracker with women’s health data and unfortunately the ring lasted me a week. I did not want to get a replacement if I would be constantly returning it or dealing with customer service for a refurbished replacement.

Don’t waste your money.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this ring in March and it’s been constantly having issues. First it was just not connecting as it should or would stop tracking out of no where. Now the battery is dying in less than 24 hours and their customer support has been terrible.

Ultrahuman Ring Air Disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read and watched many reviews of the Ultrahuman Ring and decided to purchase it because it did not have a subscription fee. My first day after charging, it would not work with the app correctly. Rather than waste time, I had to return it. I would not recommend.

oura ring is better
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.precious apple watch user - I tried this ring first and what was enticing to me was the no fee for subscription. I only had it for not even two full days and it quickly started diminishing in color and it doesn't sink seamlessly with my workout. Decided to spend the extra hundred and get the ordering GEN four and I have the or ring now and I love it.

Stylish and Accurate Ring
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Up until now, I have only tried watch based smart devices to track metrics for sleep and movement. Seeing if a ring can actually hold up to a different type of device was interesting. In short, not only did it hold up and provide quality feedback and insights. It was less obtrusive than the watch I wear for similar tracking. Make sure you get the right size. I highly recommend ordering the Ultrahuman sizing kit before buying the ring. This is not a typical ring sing it was sensors built in so it may not fit like a standard ring. Setup was pretty straightforward. I connected it to an iOS device. The connection went pretty smooth but did have some issue with the ring disconnecting from bluetooth on the phone. It appears you need to make sure to have solid contact between the ring and finger. After trying it on a different finger, everything worked just time. Another reason to have the correct size. The functionality of the ring was good. Like I mentioned, sleep tracking, HRV, activity and other measurements were similar to what I was seeing on my other device. The ring is comfortable to wear and not bulky on the finger. The battery life is excellent as I have work it for a week so far and have not had to recharge it. Overall very happy with the product and would recommend it.

Ultimate Recovery Tool
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've really appreciated getting to know my Ulrahuman Ring AIR - this ring has a lot of capabilities and is comfortable enough to almost completely forget you have it on. The setup process was very easy, the ring fully charged and I was off and running in minutes. I have an Android phone and I found that the app and the connectivity were all smooth without any hiccups that I've seen connecting other wearable devices in the past. The ring itself has a pleasing metal finish that looks great (I got a black aster but many of the finishes looked nice) and I found the ring itself slightly slimmer and smoother than the sizing ring that I had tried on first. During intial setup the ring recommended I use "Chill Mode" for battery/performance plan and I did so - I made it almost a fill week before it needed charging! Given that as a ring, the form factor is really designed to look nice and be forgetable I feel the ring itself does that job well -- what's really interesting is the app. I'm glad I took a full week of use to rate the app - ultimately I love the capabilities but prefer some more minimal UX that other devices have, getting use to all the information presented made it worth it -- there is a lot that the forgetable little ring is learning about you and its really designed to optimize your performance by optimizing your recovery: it keeps track of your circadian rhythyms and adjusts to give you personalized recommendations for everything from caffeine intake, meal timing, sleep timing and evaluation of your emotional, physical and mental recovery/readiness as well as details on how you can improve day to day and week to week. I plan to keep using this app as the reminders and information are really helpful. Small doubt, but not one that I felt like changed my rating - I do wonder how accurate the sensors are. I wear a smart watch that often said I slept better, had better recovery scores but higher better HRV/resting heart rate. The ultrahuman said I had elite level resting heart rates and put my fitness age many years younger than my actual age - to level that felt a little dubious as I'm much more of a weekend warrior and aren't nearly as active as I'd like Monday to Friday. Perhaps I'm being too hard on myself but I suspect its the ring AIR being too generous.

Track Your Zs with Ease
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for almost a week now, and I really like it! The sizing kit was helpful, since you can try out a ring size for a while before ordering the ring. I chose a size that was a tiny bit loose on my middle finger on my nondominant hand and a little tight on my index finger. The actual ring offers a comfortable fit on either finger. I chose Raw Titanium, which is a brushed gray color that looks nice next to my smart watch. I am pleased with the way the ring looks, and, so far, the ring has not shown any gouges or scratches. Once received, the overall setup process for the AIR ring was very intuitive. The charger works well, the ring stays securely on the charger, and the ring charges quickly. The phone app is easy to install, and the interface and data are easy to read. The ring’s instruction guides provide concise information, although they were printed using a very small font. I really appreciate the fact that the AIR ring does not require a subscription service. I was initially most interested in the AIR ring’s ability to track sleep-related data. I use my smart watch and phone to track steps, but I always charge these devices at night. The AIR ring seems to do a good job of tracking sleep duration, number of sleep cycles, resting heart rate, dynamic recovery, and several other sleep-related metrics. In my case, the sleep information received was a wake-up call (pun intended) that I need to consult an MD sleep specialist concerning ways to improve the quality of my sleep. In my experience, my phone and watch are more accurate at counting steps. However, the AIR ring is very useful for clearly displaying trends, such as stress, temperature deviations, times and duration of physical activity or, more importantly, times when a person needs to be more active. Overall, I think the ring is impressive and I enjoy using it. It’s amazing that they can pack so much useful technology into such a tiny device!

Best Sleep Tracker Yet
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an well executed product. I got a sizing kit which was nice to be able to try on and war samples of the watch to know what size worked for me. Once I selected Size 11 and the color: Matte black. I do wish that there was a 10.5 since I feel like it would have fit more snug but loose enough to be able to remove for charging. In my time with the ring, I liked the fact that the sleep tracking gave me very interesting insights into how I slept. It told me when I should go to bed and when to stop my caffeine intake. I did follow the fitness tracking stats, but I do not feel that this is the rings strong suits. It shows stats but I do not feel it can replace the function of a fitness tracker yet. The benefit of this ring is that it is just there, and I go about my daily routine. When I wake up, I get to see my sleep stats day over day, and I can see how good/bad I slept. This is very helpful because I have felt tired during the day following what it determined was poor sleep. Also, if I did surpass the caffeine window. It would show a much worse sleep that evening. I know obvious stuff but it is nice that it reminds me of that so I can strive to improve. There are so many other stats like circadian rhythm, Cardio Age, Brain Waste clearance and temp deviation that it can be very interesting to learn more about what factors are changing regarding your health and rest. I feel like there is so much more to learn from consistent use moving forward. I do feel that in addition to the half size missing from the options that they could have worked on a 7-day battery which would be better along with a notification that it is time to charge say if I could enter roughly my showering routine or something so it could remind me to charge it. Even if they did the charging would take longer since it charged slow. Also, I wish it had a way to monitor your metabolism but in the app that was another product entirely. Definitely a neat piece of tech if you want to track some fitness stats and mostly sleep tracking. This is the one to get.

no subscription, better suggestions
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From the exterior, this ring looks nearly identical to the one I've worn from a competitor for over a year, just slightly wider. The width actually helps it match the size of my wedding ring a little better (I wear them both on the same hand). The finish is eerily similar. I actually wanted to try the matte finish, but it didn't come in the size I need. Right off the bat, the app is easier to use and more intuitive. It's more attractive, with better design and easier to read metrics. Though it says it will take a couple of weeks to track your metrics and come up with a baseline, it starts giving feedback and recommendations almost immediately. You get more the longer you wear it, but it starts out with good ones like sleep evaluation and caffeine intake windows. The only downside I've found so far is that there is zero indication on the outside of the ring to indicate how it's positioned on your finger. It appears to be less sensitive to orientation than its competitors, but it still occasionally prompts me to reposition it. The only way I can tell how to get the sensors in the right place is to take it off my finger. In a way, that also indicates how comfortable it is to wear, because you can't feel the sensor bump at all. One other good thing is that it doesn't bug you to pay for a subscription to get all of its metrics. If you're trying to decide which ring to go with, I strongly recommend this one over the competition.

Lots of data from a small package
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What is the Ultrahuman Ring Air? It’s a smart ring that tracks all sorts of health data, and I’ve found it to be a powerful little tool that gives me a ton of useful feedback. For those wondering, it comes in a few finishes—Raw Titanium, Aster Black, Matte Grey, Bionic Gold, and Space Silver—so you can pick one that suits your style. I went with titanium because it’s sleek and sturdy, but the others might catch your eye if you want something bolder. The design is honestly great. It’s super lightweight, so I barely notice it on my finger, which is perfect since I wear it all day and night. The titanium feels solid, and the smooth inside means it’s comfortable no matter what I’m up to—working, exercising, or sleeping. It’s waterproof up to 100 meters, too, so you can wear it in the shower or pool with no problem. What makes this ring stand out is how much data it gives you. I don't sleep well so the sleep tracking is my favorite—it shows how long I slept, breaks down stages like deep and REM, and gives a score for quality. It’s helped me tweak things, like cutting down on late-night phone time to sleep better. The activity tracking keeps up with steps and workouts, which is nice for seeing how much I’m moving. It’s not as detailed as a my Garmin Fenix watch, but it’s enough to keep me aware. The recovery score is another cool feature—it uses heart rate variability and other stats to tell me how ready my body is for the day. I check it to decide if I should push hard or take it easy. It also tracks stress and body temperature, which give extra context about how I’m doing, though I don’t dive into those as often. The app is where you'll see the ton of data points it tracks. It's is easy to use, with clear graphs and scores for heart rate, sleep, as well as things like skin temperature changes, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and more. It can feel like a lot at first, but you get the hang of it quickly. No subscription fee is a big plus—you buy the ring, and all the data’s yours, though there are some extras that you can add, some free and some paid. The vast majority of the tracking data is free though. Battery life is solid, lasting about four days, and it charges in a couple of hours. I usually pop it on the charger while I’m showering or while I'm working at my desk. You can also link it to other apps, such as Garmin Connect to link your fitness tracking to it. Overall, the Ultrahuman Ring Air is a powerful tool that gives you a lot of feedback in the same way as larger watches and fitness bands/trackers. It’s comfy, and the titanium looks nice. With the other finishes available, there’s something for everyone. If you want a simple way to track sleep, activity, and recovery without a bulky device, this is a great pick. It’s giving me a a lot of good data and insights into my sleeping habits and sleep quality and I'm looking forward to utilizing the data and feedback to hopefully help me get some better sleep. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone curious about their health data, especially if you don't want to invest in a bigger, usually more expensive watch/fitness tracker.

Decent Smart Ring but needs A LOT of improvements
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The battery life only lasts up to 4 days, the data can be difficult to interpret, the heart rate tracking is inconsistent. The sizing kit compared to the actual ring was also inconsistent as my ring isn’t fully secure at times. A big plus about this ring is theres no subscription fee compared to Oura. In addition, the caffeine tracking is a neat feature which I really enjoy seeing. Overall its not worth price given that the battery cant last a week.

Great if the battery actually lasts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using my ring for about a month now. I love all the features and information it has. Im not super active yet not a couch potato. The battery at first lasted at best 4-5 days on the first week, second week the battery lasted maybe 3-4 days, third week battery lasted 2-3 days and now just a lil over a month of having it I have to charge my ring almost daily. I regret not getting the oura instead.
