    Fashionable way to track health

I have had a smart watch for several years. I was a little skeptical about a ring that could track my health. This is very fashionable, comfortable and tracks way more than my watch does! I am still figuring out all the aspects of the app. It gives me my sleep stats (similar to my phone). I am also alerted to the "closing of my caffeine window" in the afternoons to know when caffeinated products may affect my sleep. It also tracks sun exposure to be sure you get enough Vitamin D. I have to enter it manually. It doesn't seem to sense it. It also tracks your body temp, heart rate, and circadian phases. There are several "PowerPlugs" you can add to customize your ring. The options include, Vitamin D, Screentime, pregnancy insights, cycle and ovulation among others. Some require a monthly subscription. Those include weight loss, and social jetlag. The last one tracks any misalignment between your circadian rhythm and work/sleep schedules. I like that I can wear this at all times unlike my watch. I wear it swimming (pool or ocean), showering etc. The charge also lasts about a week. My watch requires daily charging. Overall, this is a nice way to track health that just looks like normal "jewelry". I have the titanium finish. It does show some wear after about 2 weeks of daily wear. Overall, this is a great way to track multiple aspects of your health

    In Depth Health monitor

Before getting the ultrahuman ring, I was curious since I already have a smart watch with the health monitors and stuff, what could the ultrahuman do that was better. Would I not need my smartwatch anymore? Well, after more than a week of use, the verdict is that the Ultrahuman ring is a whole different and separate device to monitor my health. It does things my watch doesn't and vice versa. Each product has their own unique place. First off, the Ultrahuman sizing box is pretty nice and will give you a way to try on before buying. It also has samples of ring colors for you to choose from. My personal thought is that you can't go wrong with any of the colors, they all look great. And ultimately, although I wanted a device to monitor my health, I didn't want anything that stood out as such. It is also water resistant so you can shower or even just wash your hands with it on. Battery life is approximately 4 days which is nice and recharge time is approximately 90 minute, even though they say it lasts 4-6days. Where the Ultrahuman really shines is the in depth detail of your health that most watches doesn't do. If you are looking for something to give you more detail than just steps and heartbeat, the Ultrhuman is it. I can see this device helping me monitor my health between doctor visits.

    Just what I needed!

I received the Ultrahuman Smart Ring as a Christmas gift and I’m very happy with it. It was easy to set up, download the app, and pair with my phone. I really like it for all the sleep data it gives me, but it’s great when I go to the gym as a workout tracker. I’ve really enjoyed exploring the app and seeing all the amazing things it can do. Highly recommend!

Pros: No subscription plan. Seems to be very accurate when on Turbo Mode. Syncs easily. Tracks data accurately and clearly. Cons: Bulky on smaller fingers. Some of the recordings aren't necessary. I wish that you could eliminate some of them to save battery life.

This product has a lot detailed data and no extra fees. The only thing that bothers me is that the ring is so bulky or thick to have it on your finger.

Battery life is Good for the amount of functions it does, you need the sizing guide to avoid back and forward returns, all smart rings are different. Very light and feels very comfortable and good quality.

First one failed, replaced from manufacutrer in the first week. Five months later, the ring is still going strong. I don't baby it and only remove when I shower--but not for fear of water causing damage but because that is when I charge it. I purchased this mostly becuase I'm becoming a crusty old man and I wanted to track sleep and activity without a watch style device--and without a subscription. I generally like the app, though they constantly want to sell you other stuff which is annoying. Ultimately, I'm not certain how accurate the data is or how useful, but as a baseline for tracking sleep and activity it seems pretty consistent. Also not sure a bout long term reliability.

Hardware 4/5 - Looks nice and clean like a ring should not anything over the top like some other manufacturers. App 4/5 - Love all of the insights. You want data? They got it. My favorite was how it adjusted my caffeine intake window based around my recovery and sleep. It gives you an idea of when adenosine is fully cleared out of your system so caffeine actual has its full effect and doesn’t just make you tired again. And yes, this made a huge difference in energy levels. Battery 5/5 - This product is better than other rings that claim longer battery life and I will explain. I chose this smart ring even with a lower battery life vs the competition because the frequency of readings from this ring is much higher than the competition. You are trading a day or two of battery life for higher data resolution. I also learned that other rings will only really take any meaningful data during the night and dial back almost all readings during the day. And honestly charging these rings up is so easy just pop it on during a shower and you’re good for four plus days. Summary - if you’re looking around for a smart ring that will do it all one doesn’t exist, but this little thing comes pretty dang close. Give it a try and see for yourself.

This product has been a great addition to my home. It’s very easy to use, reliable, and the quality feels solid. Setup was simple and everything worked as expected right out of the box. I especially like the sleek design and how well it fits into my daily routine. Definitely worth the money and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable option.

The Ultra Human works great, tracks your heart rate, sleep, exercise, and much more. Only complaint I have is my first one had battery issues, but the customer support team via the app did an amazing job in replacing it with one that had no issues.

This would be good for someone who isn’t active but if you work out and want to track your work outs with this ring this is not for you the battery life is so bad drains very fast less than a day. Also scratches very easily

Great tool to track your sleep and overall health. It seems chunky at first but I barely notice as time goes. While not the most stylish of rings it is the only one you need.

I like that the Ultrahuman ring does not require a monthly subscription to view your results like the other brand of smart ring. I have only had it less than a week though and several of the metrics are still listed as calibrating as they take 7-14 days to learn your patterns. I do like that the charge lasts longer though than my Apple Watch. I have been using both at the same time as I like the ability to see the time and my messages on my Apple Watch, but the extended metrics that the Ultrahuman ring is supposed to gather.

I really like this smart ring — it’s lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day without noticing it. The health and recovery insights are clear and useful, especially for sleep, activity, and overall readiness. The matte gray finish looks sleek and premium, making it feel both practical and stylish.

I love the features, I love that I don’t have to pay as much as other brands to have monthly subscriptions/ features. But seems like every 3-4 months I have to reach out to ultra human to replace the ring because the battery deteriorates so quickly. It will last 3-5 days on Chill Mode when properly working, and out of nowhere will begin to die every 12 hours. It’s a pain when I’m at work (hospital) and I can’t stop what I’m doing to charge the ring. But it has helped me so much. I work night shifts and it is the only ring that will adapt to go based off a night shift schedule (ex. telling you to go to sleep between 9-9:0am). But I haven’t had it long and would hate to spend the money getting the Oura because of this battery issue.
