    The ring gets scratched easily and is very visible. Battery life is alright. If you are using the ring while working out and have the feature on then it will use up more battery. Havent had too much trouble with connection. App takes a little time to get used to but offers great free features.

    My ring stopped working after 3 weeks. The battery would drain over night despite being fully charged when I went to bed. Contacted Ultrahuman support and they couldn’t send me a new ring due the date I purchased my ring. Thankfully I was able to return the ring before the return window closed. 0/10 do NOTTTT recommend wasting your time purchasing this

    I really liked this ring when i first got it, but then after about 3 months the battery gave out and the ring wouldn't hold a charge for more than 4 hours or so(used to last 4 days). It was too late to return through best buy so I contacted Ultrahuman and they are sending me a new one so they have great customer service, but i just wish the product lasted longer than 3 months, especially for $350. Hopefully I don't have this issue with the new ring.

    When we received it. It eas not in the space it was supposed to be. On Christmas my daughter putbot on, it does not work. Called customer service and they will not help because it was bought after 21 oct. Looking for my receipt right now in app to return it. Very frustrated from the whole purchase
