Great overall, but sleep tracking needs refinement

I’ve really been enjoying my Ultrahuman Ring. It’s sleek, comfortable, and the insights it gives on recovery, movement, and metabolic health have been incredibly motivating. I especially love how it integrates so seamlessly with the app and how detailed the metrics are.
That said, I’ve noticed the sleep tracking isn’t always accurate. It sometimes logs time I’m just lying down or watching TV as actual sleep, which can throw off my sleep score and recovery data. I’d love to see improvements in how it distinguishes between rest and real sleep.
Overall, though, it’s been a great addition to my health routine—and I’m excited to see how it evolves with future updates.

I’ve now had the Ultrahuman ring for a few weeks and I wish I’ve had this my whole life! The first thing I noticed is how lightweight the ring is, you really don’t even notice you’re wearing it. It matches the rest of my gold jewelry and really looks like a simple gold ring. It's very durable and is yet to show any sort of wear and tear. The layout of the app is easy to follow and organized. It is practically identical to its competitors but much cheaper and offers additional features. My favorite thing about the ring is that you can initiate the tracking of workouts, and it will appear on your phone. This is super helpful when I want to compare the workouts I do to my total activity for the day. I’ve also enjoyed tracking my sleep and circadian rhythm. These two features, along with the ability to track your caffeine window, have all helped me build a routine and feel more energized as a result. The battery life is impressive, I can go almost a week without having to charge it. And when I do need to charge it, it reaches 100% battery quickly. Overall, I will be recommending this ring to many of my friends with different lifestyles. This ring is the best way to track your health and wellness and avoids looking like a distinct piece of wearable technology.

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring and I absolutely love it! It’s sleek, super comfortable, and provides incredibly helpful insights into my sleep, recovery, heart rate, and daily activity. It’s helped me become much more aware of how my body responds to stress, rest, and movement.
The app is beautifully designed and easy to understand not just data, but real guidance. It’s become a part of my everyday wellness routine, and I can genuinely say it’s worth every penny.
As a woman going through menopause, I do wish the Ultrahuman Ring would offer more features specifically tailored for women in this stage of life like tracking hot flashes, hormonal sleep disruptions, and mood variations. That would make an already amazing product even more powerful and inclusive.
Still, I highly recommend the Ultrahuman Ring to anyone serious about improving their health and well-being. It’s a game changer!

I’ve had the UltraHuman ring for about 3 weeks so far and it’s quite interesting. It has a wide range of information that you wouldn’t know or find out by not having one. From body temperature, sleep tracking, steps in a day and much more. It also has a built in workout system so you don’t have to find them on the internet or anything. The down side is the battery heath which only last about 4 days and less if you keep looking at the app for information. Over all good and has a sleek look. I have the Aster Black color

I was so excited about this ring and all its features but it’s very meh. Not accurate most of the time, even after wearing it for 4 months. Step count and workout tracking are useless. The sleep score is cool but I’m not even sure if that’s accurate. Wish I could return it but they have such a short return window on wearable items… which sucks when you need to wear it awhile to see if it’s a good choice for you. My sister got one at the same time and has gotten 3 replacements from UH because they stopped charging or wouldn’t connect to her phone. Just overall, not great. Thought this would be my Apple Watch replacement but it’s bulky, not accurate and overall underwhelming. It also scratches SUPER EASY and the gold color is giving costume jewelry.

I've been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a month, and I can't stop raving about it! This sleek, stylish ring has completely transformed my approach to health and fitness. I absolutely love the sleep alarm feature! It wakes me up after completing my selected number of sleep cycles, ensuring I start my day feeling refreshed and energized. It's a bit of an investment, but trust me, it's worth every penny for the benefits it offers.
Overall, the Ultrahuman Ring has far exceeded my expectations. If you're serious about taking control of your health and fitness journey, this is a must-have.

Ultrahuman Ring AIR is a fantastic, discreet sleep tracking, heart rate, and temperature monitoring device that also offers a growing set of features without a subscription! Recently, I have taken interest in monitoring my health closer and tracking my sleep quality to improve recovery and overall well being. After years of on and off “watch” wearables previously, I was looking for something with less bulk, better battery life, and would be more comfortable during sleep. The Ring AIR is exactly what I was looking for, while being thinner and lighter than I anticipated.
I used the Ultrahuman sizing kit to determine the best size, selected a 1/2 size up from my normal ring size and found the Ring AIR to be nearly identical to the sizing ring in fit. The ring is packaged in a somewhat large box for the contents; inside you will find a nice long braided USB C cable, charging dock, and naturally the Ring AIR. Ultrahuman does not provide an AC adapter but this is fairly common and less wasteful. After a brief pairing and letting the ring fully charge, you can start wearing the ring. The Ring AIR seems well constructed with tungsten carbide coated titanium exterior and a polished hypoallergenic resin interior that is quite comfortable. I often do not notice I am wearing the under 3 gram ring, as there isn’t much interaction with the device itself. The raw titanium finish I opted for looks even better than the sample in the sizing kit, though it is already showing some light scratches after 2 weeks of wear. Battery life has been pretty good for me, lasting 5 days on Turbo with background sync enabled. The charging dock has a status light to indicate if the ring is charging, fully charged, or not detected; which unfortunately emits a constant purple light when not in use. The dock does not contain a battery and fully charging the Ring AIR can take 90 minutes. For my use, I have switched to shorter and more frequent charges when showering instead of waiting for a full charge every 5 days. The Ring AIR is also water resistant to 100M, so should handle daily activities without concern.
Moving beyond the device, the bulk of your interaction and insights are found in the well designed Ultrahuman app. Here you will find your movement and sleep tracking data, heart rate, and temperature, as well as unique feed back and insights such as Stress Rhythm, Dynamic Recovery, Ultra Age, and more! Ultrahuman continues to iterate and provide additional feedback through “Powerplugs”, which can be added at no cost, though some such as AFib Detection (not currently available in US) have a fee in what would otherwise be a subscription free experience. As you wear the Ring AIR, the app analyzes your data to provide useful insights as well as explaining what it indicates and actionable items to improve outcomes. The app will suggest tagging certain activities and metrics, and seems to improve overtime in accuracy. Overtime the app will learn your baselines and based on your activities, offer advice on how to improve your scores. I really like all the feedback and data trends the app provides, while the interface is easy to use and understand. You can also link the app to external sources, such as Apple Health, for consolidating and data sharing.
After a couple of weeks of wear, the Ring AIR has provided excellent sleep and movement tracking along with detailed insights and correlations I never considered before. Though some additional features are behind paid “Powerplugs”, 99% of metrics I would want to track are covered without a subscription cost. I really prefer to just purchase a device and not have to worry about on going fees to access your data. The Ultrahuman Ring AIR delivers on this while continually improving their already fantastic app, making this an easy recommendation for anyone who is interested in a wearable that is more than just a tracking device.

I took this ring off to workout, shower, swim, or put lotion on etc. I didn’t want it to get scratched. And somehow it developed a bubble that eventually busted in the inside.

Light, Comfortable, A Great Way To Track Activity

The Ultrahuman Ring Air is a lightweight smart ring that can track health and exercise related metrics. Since it’s lightweight, it feels comfortable when wearing all day. The ring looks good and feels comfortable. The battery is small, but lasts for days. With multiple power options, I can have it run at full capability which tracks alls stats that it can track. I can also choose a less power intensive option which extends use before having to recharge, but tracks all but a few metrics. There is also a power saving mode option as well.
App
Untrahuman has an app to use with the Ring Air. It’s where I can see the everything that is tracked by it. It’s very easy to use and looks good. It’s easy to find what metric I want to see when I want to see it. It also syncs automatically with the ring.
Use
The ring is very lightweight. This helps with comfort. I have found that, at times, I didn’t notice I was even wearing the ring. Just like any ring, it is possible for it to turn a little to the left or turn/spin to the right. This has happened to me from time to time resulting in me have to turn it back so that the sensor, which is on the bottom inside of the ring, faces the underside of my finger. If the ring was smaller, I wouldn’t be able to put the ring on, so I have the correct size. It’s just something that I now periodically check once or twice a day.
Sizing
I used the Ultrahuman ring sizing kit to determine the right size for the finger I use with the ring. The ring was reflective of the sizing kit’s ring. I ended up getting size 10. The Ring Air fits as I expected it to based on the ring sizing kit’s size 10 ring.
Metrics
The metrics tracked by the Ring Air seem to be accurate. I compared it to a smart watch that I have. Both were in line with each other. The Ring Air had good accuracy. Unlike a smart watch that can shift on my wrist enough to cause a problem with it tracking things, I didn’t run into that problem with the Ring Air.
Final Thoughts
I’m happy with the Ultrahuman’s Ring Air. I’m glad I have it. I think it looks good. It’s lightweight which lends to it being comfortable to wear all day. The battery has lasted for 4.5 days so far and should go for a few more days before I have to charge it. Ultrahuman includes a heavy duty USB-C to USB-C charge cable and a charger to set the ring on which doesn’t take up much space. If you are looking for a smart wearable to track health metrics, then I would recommend considering Ultrahuman’s Ring Air.

Game-Changer for Daily Wellness Tracking

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how comfortable it is. It’s super lightweight and doesn’t get in the way at all, even when I’m sleeping or working out. Honestly, I sometimes forget I’m wearing it. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is how detailed the health insights are. It tracks my heart rate, sleep quality, and activity throughout the day. What I really like is the recovery and circadian rhythm data. It shows me when my body is ready for exercise and when I should take it easy. The sleep tracking has also been accurate, and I’ve actually started improving my bedtime routine because of the suggestions. The app is clean and easy to use, making checking my stats enjoyable. The ring feels sturdy and well-made. Since it’s water-resistant, I don’t have to take it off for showers or workouts. The battery life has been great too. I only charge it every few days, and it charges quickly. Overall, I feel like this ring has made me more aware of my body and habits in a simple and convenient way. It doesn’t feel like a chore to wear or check, and that’s what I love most about it.
