Its poor battery , drains out quickly and doesnt hold charge

Helps at first, you will be happy... but not for very long. The cell phone industry seems to be set up to steer you into a new phone every couple of years, replaceable battery or not.

I was so hopeful after reading the reviews, but I have to charge the battery multiple times a day with moderate use. I feel like I received a old battery and I also charged and discharged multiple times as per instructions.

I felt compelled to leave a review because I really appreciated others giving me something to go forward with. After the Marshmallow update on my Samsung note 4, my phone battery life was the worst. My phone would get hot, and restart, or just shut off. I knew that it couldn't be the phone, because I didn't even have it two years yet, and never had a problem prior to the update. I did some research, and learned that other people were having the same problem. I also read some reviews about other replacement batteries, and decided to order this Ultralast battery from Best Buy. It wasn't available for in-store purchase and I was a bit concerned about having to wait for shipment. BUT, the order was processed quickly and I had my new battery in three days! This battery is FANTASTIC! I love my note 4 again ☺️ PLEASE do not cheat yourself looking for THIS brand/battery on Amazon or some other website. Avoid the headache, follow the instructions (charging for at least 8 hrs with minimal to no use), and get back to liking your phone, feeling confident that you can go about your business without worrying your phone going dead on you. Don't delay... Stop the aggravation today! ✌️

I purchased this spare battery in May 2020 it is now November 2020 and the battery no longer works. I'm shocked this one did not last as long as the one I purchased from the battery store a year ago. Don't waste your money!

This battery done very well for about 3 weeks, after that, it wouldnt even charge over 1 %, my old power bear battery is what I had to use till my new power bear arrives. This battery is junk!

Just got it and ive been charging it full . After the first 3 hours the battery drains very quickly down to 70% !! The battery doesnt even last for 24 hours !!!! Would not recommend !

Do not buy this battery. Does not work. I did call best buy to replace it but no response as yet.

Battery was as bad as the original oem. Might have just been the phone, to old.

I was a little worried this battery wouldn't work as some of the reviews have said it didn't work for them. My note 4 was purchased in April 2015 and in 2017, my phone would shut off around 40-45% battery and would not hold a charge for more than an hour. I thought the cause of this was because I dropped the phone and it cracked near the charging dock in 2017. I went back to my iPhone 4 because I didn't want to buy a new phone. Fast forward to now and I REALLY wanted my Note 4 back. I started researching what could be draining my battery and did everything including factory reset on my phone. I came across an article that recommended getting a new battery. Found this battery. I followed instructions which were "charge 10 hours before first use". Ended up charging it for 11, and BAM. My Note 4 held that charge from 7:30a.m.-10:30p.m. The Note 4 ended the day at a charge of 4%. I am very happy with the new battery.

I was willing to pay a little more to get a new battery that was hopefully better than the cheap knockoffs on the River that got poor reviews. And I trusted that Best Buy would not foist a cheap knockoff on its customers. I am happy to report that my first use of the battery after fully charging it did indeed have a long-lasting charge. It took 80 hours to run from 100% down to 13%. That's more than 3 full days, folks. That's with the normal phone use that would have required me to charge my battery by the afternoon of the first day. I can't say whether this long-lastingness will continue, but it's off to a good start. I'm happy.

Buying second time, earlier used 3 years with new issue, cell Phone works whole day. after 3 years battery not working at all. Earlier bought 3 batteries from Amazon not worked even single day waste of money of $ 30 for Amazon.

Just got this battery, and after a full charge, I love it, my phone is running like new again!

Purchased 2 of these for our Note 4 phones. Both worked great right out of the box but mine died after only 20 days. Going back today.

Works, but not for long. Im on my 2nd 1 this year. I did get 1 about 2 years ago that was real good. When I first got the battery the charge would last for a couple days. Now these 2 batteries I previously purchased wont hold a charge longer then 8hours even not used. I did exactly as the instructions say and charged the battery 10 hours before first use. My phone will start turning off at 40%. Not turning back on. Put new battery works again. Not for long. If you need a battery ,only need your phone to work for a few months knowing you will be buying another. thinking you should of went for there bundle deal. The samsung battery is the best but i believe its discontinued. Way to much also. Best price and works for now..

This battery was great out of the box but four months later it discharges from 100% to zero overnight and takes forever to recharge. I will replace it with another manufacturer.

The battery played nice for the first month only. After the first month I was forced to revert back to the old battery and will have to order another one; definitely from from the same seller
