Q: Is this battery capable of Fast Charging with my original Fast Charger?
A: Have been using this with my fast charger for several months now and have experienced no issues.
Q: Is this battery an original Samsung Galaxy Note 4, or only "compatible"?
A: Only a compatible. But that might not be a bad thing considering the recent issues with Samsung's recent lithium battery issues.
Q: The battery package says let charge for 10 hours first use, is that even with quick charge?
A: It is best to do the full 10 hour initial charge so that the battery knows the full limit of charge and lays longer, plus you will get the best performance for your money spent.
Q: Does it need to be calibrated?
A: No....
Q: do you have to charge battery for 8 hours just the first time or every time
A: Charge to 100%.
A: I received mine in small box without instructions too. Battery works fine so far.
A: The warranty sticker on it says 6 months. The battery is only available for on-line purchase, so you will just have to take a chance and purchase online. Per the instructions, charge it for the suggested time first, with minimal to no use. Trust me! You will not be disappointed. If you're not satisfied it comes with a return label, or you may be able to return it at your local Best Buy. Go for it!
Q: Do you have a service department which would install this battery
A: Why do you need someone to install the battery?? You simply take the back cover off of the note 4 phone and insert the battery and turn the phone on. Pretty simple.
