Virgin Mobile - Alcatel Onetouch Elevate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this phone. It powered on which was good but that's as far as I got. A member from the Geek Squad could not even get it to do a factory reset. Once it powered on the only way you could get it to turn off was pull out the battery. It was full of glitches. Not worth the money even on sale.

Poor touch-screen

You have to press hard for the phone to detect a touch. There is latency when you press and drag. The screen does not get as bright as other phones. The contrast looks odd when you watch a video in landscape mode.

Don't Buy This Phone

This however is the worst phone i've ever held in my hand. Everything I try to do with this phone including checking my text messages completely freezes the phone. Will be returning.
