Pros - Simple to operate. Works as advertised. Good price - well worth the money. Cons - can't think of a thing. Commentary - My wife and myself are getting on in years and having this heated paraffin bath is a wonderful thing. The heat helps sooth sore and aching joints while the paraffin helps soften the skin on our hands and feet. Just wish they made one of these for whole body immersion but am quite grateful for this model.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter's 11th birthday. We have it set up, ready to use, in her bathroom. I liked it so much I bought another for myself. Excellent price for something usually only attainable at the spa. I was worried it would be too hot for her but it's perfect and we use ours regularly.

I bought this to treat my plantar fasciitis since stretching and not running not eased up the pain. I guessed the deep heat would loosen up the tendon. Surprisingly, it worked. I'm using it once a week to keep the pain at bay. The wax moisturizes cracked heels and dry cuticles as a bonus! I'm not used to the high heat- it can be a little hot but endure it for the privilege of being able to run regularly.

The warmth of the paraffin helped me with my recovery from a trigger finger release and it helps stiff joints that have arthritis. easy to use and kit comes with all you need to start it up.

This is a good size for my feet and my hands. It makes my hands and feet so so soft. I love it! plus I got it for under $20 on sale at Best Buy.

My wife was having issues with rough skin. She said this product was very easy to use and I can tell that her skin is softer.

I've got an old wrist injury that acts up sometimes while working, and with being in school too the flare ups are not good. Anyways, my doctor recommended I get a parafin wax bath for home use. I couldn't be more happy with this item!!! It helps the aches and pains and makes my hands all silky smooth as an extra benefit! And replacement wax is pretty easy to find on Amazon!

Item works as expected and reviews are accurate. The only thing I found to be less than true, the wax does not easily pop out after unit has cooled down.

Overall happy with it. My wife uses it from time to time. She says its too hot. But other than that works well.
