So the delivery didn't happen and now the items I ordered are being refunded instead of attempting another delivery? I also waited 35 minutes on hold trying to contact the delivery vendor to no avail and Best Buy Support said: "Since you want the item, I suggest reordering it again." I asked to be escalated and didn't get a reply. I'm not a hard person to work with, but when I waste my time with multiple departments and people to see if there are any alternatives and get left on read, it's not good customer service. Not counting I have to wait for the refund and have to reorder the item in hopes its still on sale and available.

I am returning it tomorrow. What a waste of money. Gonna get RE8 instead. Never playing this game again. I went to install uncharted 4, and my console froze while saying "please wait". DO NOT buy this game. I'm not sure why this game won't work when all my other games do. I even restarted my ps5 and used safe mode and everything. Nothing. Piece of junk.

It was easy to make the decision to purchase not only to own it but to have a physical copy in my collection. Bestbuy had it available at a very good price in which made the choice easier as these games can add up in cost.
