It wasn't very good, but it does have some comical parts & good songs.

Prince movies are great. Too bad he's gone already.

Prince is in it and that's about the only good thing. I got at $2.99 which seem right. The best parts are the bonus features have the video from Kiss and other songs in the movie.

A real vanity project (no pun intended) I saw it in the theater and was confused. Decided to try again 30 years later. Just a strange 40-50's style movie.

Over acted and did poorly at the box office, it was nice to see Prince in the black-and-white that he himself put together back in the day.

For die hard fans only. This movie is dreadful. It may look like a throwback to 1930's costume dramas but it's a very loose rendering of a love story between a gigolo and a socialite. Badly acted, barely written and employing the word directed is being too kind. The music is great but it's not around very often. Buy the soundtrack instead. Prince's legacy is about music, anyway.

Flat, messy and uninspiring, this is not what we want to see Prince do after the classic Purple Rain.

Not one of his better movies but it's Prince the man.

I love this move for the way it was shot in black and white. It makes this movie more like an artistic pretty that you would see in those French movies.

I love how it was filmed in black and white.. It's clarity even in standard DVD format is amazing. I would recommend this movie to any Prince fan or anyone who loves the 80's type movies. This was a must have for my Collection. Wish it was in Blu-ray though. Kinda throws the appearance of my library off

Prince is really great in this video if you are a Prince fan.

Definitely gone too soon but, his legacy lives on.
