Very cheaply made had it for about a week and the power button broke off in the camera.

We bought 2 of these and after using it for 2 weeks we returned it, stopped recording.

Worked for a month then started freezing. Difficult interface. Have up on it.

Bought this as a replacement, Uniden being a familiar brand, price was right. The cam records nice, good picture and sound. My problem and reason for bringing it back was the buttons kept getting stuck and I couldn't turn the power off. You can take still pics with it and it has night vision if you want to take the time to memorize which buttons to push(providing they dont get jammed). Good luck.

I bought 3 of these for all of my cars. One has lasted almost a year and is starting to glitch out. The second one in my truck lasted about 4 months and the 3rd on my bmw lasted for 2. The screens locks up and the unit freezes. Total garbage devices. If you want to risk, the display is pretty decent and has pretty good night vision. I Still dont recommend.

Bought this for 30$ during Thanksgiving. Works great, satisfies my need. Easy to use.

It was great at first, less than 6 months later and I can't go 5 minutes without it freezing and stopping the recording, then I sometimes can't even shut it down to reset it. Save your money and buy a better one.

So over the last few years I have purchased about 5 or 6 of these on Black Fridays when the price is dropped. None of them last more than a few months. I have had 3 that freeze continuously. What good is a camera when it freezes up and your not aware of it? Last Novembers has been dead for two months now. Bought another one in Dec and its still working. (I have them in 2 cars which I use for work)

I received my dash cam for Christmas. I installed it in my VW Jetta. The charger cord is really long, and has a big base at the bottom. The button got stuck, and won't work. I was trying to adjust the view with the zoom in and out. I managed to get it unstuck, and it was working just fine. Then, the mount broke, and I super glue it back together, and that seems to be working just fine. Now, it's saying I need to insert SD card. It already has SD card. I take it out, it shuts down, and then it work for a few second and put that same message up again. And also, none of the button will work again. The video quality was fine, I actually caught someone going the wrong way on a one way, and was able to show the company which can it was. And that I had to completely stop to not hit them. On the screen on the camera, you can't see anything, but once you plug it up to a big screen the quality it fine. It took me a little way to figure out, but if I was very involved in a wreck, I wouldn't be able to figure out how to show the video back.

This dash cam sucks, all the time must be plugged, the battery last only 5 minutes. Don't buy this .

Ive had 2 of these cams, first one last it a week away from a full year as it started shutting off suddenly. Went to best buy and they gave me another one since i had the protection plan, this time it only last it 4 months, it would not record on the sd card but if i removed it the cam worked fine. Sorry but uniden did not make a good cam.

complete garbage. I bought this camera at best buy on sale for 30 dollars it is normally 80 dollars. if I had paid 80 dollars I would have returned it but since my time and gas are expensive I didn't. do not buy this camera spend the extra money and get one that works. I got ripped off learn from my mistake.

Not worth $80. I just bought this not too long ago and the camera wont turn on. I know its not the adapter because or the car because it works with my security man camera. Im so annoyed at this. Im sure you can find a more quality camera for cheaper

I guess you get what you pay for. This is no longer recording after a few months and now we have to pay to ship it back to the manufacturer for repair. What a waste of time and money.
