Great product I've had no problems with it I installed it under the visor in my Corvette have to buy a bracket for it though but that's okay it works wonderful Great product.

I got this for my boyfriend and let me just say he loved it as soon as he saw what it was but I can say I’ve been in his car with the device on and it sure does work and help notify you if you’re by any undercover cops

Uniden pulled the stops when creating the R3! It picks up most KA bands 1-2 miles out unless the squad has their radar off. It also picks up red light and speed cameras to let you know when to exercise caution. A ton of custom features from band sensitivity to differential tones for each band. I love this device and the bang for my buck I got by price matching.

Was deciding between a more expensive Uniden or Escort model with directional arrows but for a couple hundred bucks less decided on the R3 as it has all of the other features. I bought prior to July 4th weekend travel and it came through. Saved me from a small town speed trap as well as alerted a mile or more consistently on the interstate.

Love it Drive across the state on weekends picks them up pretty far and no annoying false alarms!

This is honestly the best radar the best bang for your buck don’t cheap out on the cobra one cuz you want a cheap radar!

Has a very good range but there does seem to be a lot false alarms.

This will sniff out Ka band radar at times up to 3 miles away on a straight run two lane road with very little hills, traffic or bad weather. On avg with traffic or a major 4 lane highway it's reliable down to around 1-2 miles. 9 out of 10 times you will sniff out his radar gun before he has a visual on you. Solid $300 detector.

I bought this to replace my $600 Escort Max who's case started falling apart after a year and quit working after 4 years. I've only had it a few weeks and so far so good. The long range detecting does work. I wish it had auto false reporting because if you're too close to a manual false report and try to manually report another one, it deletes the old one. Also the first time I used it, it smelt like burning electrical wires. It doesn't get any warmer than any other detectors that I've owned. Hopefully the smell goes away over time because I hope to keep this one as long as the first radar detector I ever bought which was a Uniden. I kept it for 18 years.

Easy to use and had it hardwired for a clean look. Saved me a couple of time. Good investment.

Works great. The only wish it shows a direction where signal is coming from. But overall - Highly recommend.

I have had this for almost a year. There are countless times it has saved my behind from a ticket. Once you learn the different chirps- iykyk. I would have to say for me it has been about 95% accurate. I trust it more than any guy I have dated in the last 10 years.

It rated as one of the best radar detectors now. Good price to performance ratio. Very long detecting range, especially on the Ka band. I got warnings long before visual range, or even behind a curve. Got also warnings for laser radar. Somewhat annoying on the K band as you get warnings on the highway mode from electronics on other cars. Yes, I would recommend it.
