I’ve had this for over a month now and it has saved me several times. I also have a V1 and this has better range, although I wish it had the arrows. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this device.

The radar detector is excellent. It has a lot of customization options and can even do random features like tell the battery voltage. This was extremely helpful for the winter months. I wish there were more connectivity options at this price point. The stock mount is great and holds well. The wire is long enough to move to wherever you need, and it is coiled so it’s not a mess.

Overall amazing item. Quite a bit bigger than you would expect given that I have never owned a radar detector before. Menu for setting up is NOT very intuitive for a first timer, but there are guides on line that walk you though it.

I upgraded from an old Cobra Radar detector and this thing is great. You get warnings so far out that you almost don’t believe it and start to speed up again. It has already saved me at least 3 tickets.

It's does a good job in picking up signals. Sometimes it surprises me how far it'll be able to detect radar signals.

Awesome. The is the best radar detector in this price range and beats detectors that are more expensive. I like it so much that I'm returning it for the R7.

OLED is awesome. Very good at not picking up a lot of false signals. I wish it had auto storing of false signals like Passport but manually it works. Distance is better than my Passport 9500i and V1.

The range is fantastic on this device! I’ve owned a radar detector for the last 20 year some good some bad. This detector will surely save me money because I like to speed. I’m not returning it to the store . It’s a keeper fir sure.

After four years of use, it’s still good strong. Definitely worth a buy.

Love this thing. Has already saved me from multiple tickets. Picks up cops from very far. I’ve picked one up that was radaring from about 2 miles

It’s saved me countless times. But the mute memory feature is frustrating. Pressing the mute button then pressing it again adds a band to your mute memory. But pressing the mute button twice on an already muted band will delete all of your mute memory. I’ve accidentally deleted my mute memory countless times due to a falls positive band reading which is super frustrating.

I was hesitant to purchase a radar detector. I absolutely love this purchase. It's already saved me a couple tickets.

Works well. Good size. Don't like the mounting hardware so I bought a visor mount.

This Uniden R3 radar detector is the best one I have owned. Has been fairly accurate and the GPS is great feature for the red light cameras.

Works well. A bit too well and takes a minute to mute the alerts around your daily commute. Once you get it, you’ll be in love.
