    Amazing Radar detector. I highly recommend it for highway commute. Upgraded from the Passport 9500xi and I don't miss it at all. An extra feature that came with this detector is the ability to warn the driver of a speed camera ahead of time.

    The cost of multiple speeding tickets at a friction of the cost. lol. Occasional traveler/ speed demon here. Uniden R3 is a useful tool on the highways. Curves, over the hills, laser and not knowing where its coming is a major problem for this product. so slowing down is a safe and smart thing to down.

    I have owned a few detectors and I have to say this is the best by far. it cuts down on the useless signals and it actually worked for me when I removed it from the dash where it was illegal to use.

    I am beyond pleased with this detector. I would recommend watching a video to setup. It senses the radar from an extremely long distance. It's surprising how far I seem to drive before encountering the source.

    A little pricey and forward backward arrows would be great in this price range. BSM filters work very well in city mode. Highway mode still has problem with Honda and Accura models.

    I had a Bell radar for years works great but wanted to buy this as a upgrade and it’s real good only issues I have is the fact it can’t tell if you’re on the highway or local streets and the other problem is that telephone jack plus it already broke its made to cheap and for the money it should be heavy duty
