honestly, i am unsure about this product yet. it lights up like a xmas tree when it recognizes the highway signs that read your speed, but that highway sign is not going to pull me over and issue a citation. i passed two state troopers and this thing never went off, perhaps because of the exact location of where the troopers were sitting??? as a stand alone unit i cannot recommend it because if the troopers had pulled me over i would have been super aggravated that this did not work well. however, in conjunction with using waze i think it does provide another layer of protection to know where the police are.

It’s amazing product save your money and get this one, it saved me so many times living in Nj.

Wish it had a straight cord not a coiled one it comes with. Don't like you have to spend another $50, on power cables

Works well, I like the multiple programming options, but the software update procedure isn't explained fully by Uniden. That said, a top quality product!

It wouldnt stay mounted on the windshield.detector too heavy for suction cups.also doesnt detect stop sign cameras. It speed detector too high.lowest is 50mph.

I have used radar detectors for the past 35 years and this is one of the best detectors for the money. It picks up Ka band even when I don't see a police car. The reason for 4 stars is that it doesn't always provide enough warning in some instances.

This works!! We purchased for a long road trip and it worked well. Not that we speed but helps also keep you alert.

I compared this to my max 360 also a good detector. the price for the UNIDEN makes it a great buy, outstanding long-range detector highly recommend.

This is just what I needed. Nephew wanted a radar detector fornhis car. He is very pleased with it.

Excellent piece of radar detector. I get some false alarm within the city driving but never in a highway setting and gives me a good warning a way good distance. A step up from my old Cobra 360.
