This product is a great way to keep a surround sound system when you lack the ability to run wires due to risk of losing your security deposit. Other reviews cite interference as an issue, but I only notice occasional gaps in sound that are likely due to issues with live sports recording. The price is a little bit steep, but there are not many retrofitting options for those who have older receivers and want "wireless" rear speakers. The only reason that I rated 4 stars is because if you choose to plug the transmitter into a reciever that has receptacles that do not offer pass-through power, the rear speakers will clip loudly upon powering down the reciever. I will recommend, and have recommended this product to a friend.

I had reviewed Rocket fish Universal Wireless Rear Speaker Kit online and read some mixed reviews. I was hesitant to purchase but was desperate to resolve my speaker wiring issue. Like most consumers wanted to setup my surround sound system in my living room without exposing wires across the floor or have them visible running on the walls. I thought of even running under the floor but didn't want to drill holes into my hard wood floors. This kit was the answer and let me tell I am very happy I have made the purchase. The setup was very straight forward and not hard at all to get it working, I was so happy with the sound and no latency or distortion form using 2.4ghz that I purchased the wireless subwoofer transmitter kit too. I have a home network setup and I have had no issues with wireless connection to the internet with speakers on. I recommend this product for this in the market for this type of setup.

I HAVE A 7.1 RECEIVER AND DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO CRAWL IN THE CEILING TO WIRE MID LISTENING SPEAKER WIRES DOWN THE WALLS. I ALREADY HAVE REAR WIRED SPEAKERS. THIS WIRELESS SETUP WORKS GREAT.

This product works flawlessly, providing an easy solution to rear speaker wiring in my new home. It's a newer version of one I previously purchased, and both work great in my home, with no interference between them or other wireless products.

I read positive and negative reviews on this product and decided to give it a try anyway...Success! I don’t have to string wires for rear speakers, the Rocketfish delivers as promised!

Install took about 30 min including setup to my Amp. Two items of importance: one you will need some speaker wire; and two, you will need a place to put the speakers and interface boxes. Otherwise it works as advertised and I would buy it again.

I have a 5.2 surround sound system and I used to have to run wires through my living room and with this I don't have to anymore.Sound quality is good . I highly recommend it if you have a surround sound and you don't want to.run 100ft of speaker wire.

This Rocketfish is a great product. It transfers the sound with quality. The hook up is very easy, I have this Rocketfish Wireless rear speaker kit, and bought another for my son. He knows good quality sound and keep asking for mine.. No way!.

I have a 5.1 surround system and was sick of having wires across my living room to the rear speakers; this little device precludes their necessity. Easy to set up and great sound. Basically a little device you connect to the rear speaker output of your amp, and another that connects to your 2 rear speakers. Sets up in minutes. I used my own speaker wire since that provided seemed a little weak. Very happy with the product.

I am 71 years old and my hearing isn't as good as it used to be. I don't wear a hearing aid, probably should, and the addition of this system to my home entertainment system was a great decision. The wireless feature was really what I needed and this system is perfect!

I have a 7.2 channel receiver. My rear speakers are hardwired and with minimal media broadcasted in 7.1, I didn't know how or why I would permanently mount the second pair of speakers. This item allows for me to move easily from the 6/7th channel to separate zone..

After moving to a new home and having my rear surround sound speakers mounted to the wall originally, I need an option that would hide the wires without too many problems. This solved the problem and I don't have to call my electrician to pull wires through the wall.

This wireless rear speaker is exactly what i needed. Tired if unsightly wires all around the floor and ceiling? Using wireless rear speaker receiver enables me to have ht 5:1 sound I want with out unsightly wires all around.

This was so simple to set up. We have a tendency to move the living room around, which means running wires each time. I don't hear any latency issues or buzzing. Found that I don't need to turn off when not in use. Definitely recommend this item.

Bought this to hook up an old pair of marantz 880 speakers. Running this through a Pyle receiver with Bluetooth and it works great with iPad and iPhone. Television also has Bluetooth and the speakers work great without having to run wires.

Seem to make my rear speakers sound better. I love that the device can be used instead of having to go under the house to run speaker wire from the receiver to the rear speakers. A genuine glad-I-happened-upon-that purchase that I haven't regretted.

I bought this as an open box thinking if the bad reviews were right then I wouldn't be out much money. It does great. I dont hear any lag or breaks in the sound compared to the front speakers which are wired to the unit

I was skeptical. I brought it home, hooked it up to my rear speakers on my amp and, wow! I can even adjust the volume of the speakers. NO LONGER SKEPTICAL. Very pleased.

This saved me money for expensive blue tooth speakers, was able to use my wired Bose satellites to complete my surround sound without running wires through the ceiling. Easy setup, pairs instantly. nothing negative to say about this product.
