I own two of these and they work great. Saves running wires to the rear speakers from the receiver ( you still have to run them to the box for the rear speakers)

It does what it supposed to do ,very easy to set up, at the beginning made a mistake of placing the surround speakers with the small box when I supposed to be the other way around

This wireless system has been great for hooking up the surround back speakers in my living room. The only negative I've noticed is there is a very slight hiss coming from the connected speakers. It's not noticeable unless you're looking for it, and completely fades into the background during playback. Could even be that things just aren't properly grounded/insulated at the outlet. Very happy with this setup and the fact that I don't have to try to hide wires running through my living room.

This worked perfectly! I have was going to have wires running across my ceiling for my rear speakers but now everything is wireless and sounds great! I could not be any happier .

My old tv connector went out after 6 years. Too bad you have to buy the whole kit and just can't get one of the two wireless units.

Getting those rear surround speakers powered can be a challenge, but Rocketfish has a decent solution. This module allows you to not strand cable from your player to the rear of the room, but send the signal to a rear receiver then to your speakers. This was purchased to replace an older version we had for about 5 years that died on us. This newer one has rocker switches that are a lot nicer than buttons you had to hold down previously. If they can increase the signal strength, that would be nice.

As of now, this wireless speaker transmitter is running Sony bookshelf speakers great for my rear surround. It sounds as if they are hardwired and haven't ran into any interference issues yet.

This kit works great and was easy to set up. Plug in the transmitter to the receiver and the rear speakers to the receiver, turn them both on and you’re done. I had the first version of the kit that came out 7-ish years ago that finally died, and I can say that improvements have been made. The syncing between the transmitter and receiver now happens automatically and the LED lights have been changed to a toned-down blue that is hardly noticeable. I am using the kit to run the rear speakers in a 5.1 home-theater setup that include a Yamaha receiver, LG Blu-ray player, LG TV, DirecTV receiver that are ALL connected to my wireless network via Linksys e2500 router. I don’t have a cordless home phone, but do have three cell phones that are also connected to my wireless network. I have not had any problems with interference and all devices work as they should. The connector clamps could be beefed up a bit – I had a problem with one popping off on the transmitter and had to exchange it for a new one. So take care connecting the wires. It would have been nice if the supplied wires for the transmitter were a little longer too for more flexibility in placement. I have been using the kit for about 4 weeks and have had no problems. I will update my review as needed. There may be more elegant solutions out there for wireless surround sound, but not at this price point.

it was super simple to connect and set up. I have told others to purchase this to make their rear speakers wireless and found that they have and are also pleased with the purchase

This little amp and wireless set is for my outdoor speakers when we watch movies outside! Would recommend to Anyone who hates lots of wires, like my wife. Sounds great!

I installed this wireless system in our entertainment room where it was not practical to run wires to the rear surround speakers. It has been working perfectly for this setup.

This kit was perfect for what I was looking for. Let me set up rear surround speakers without running wires all over the living room. Just put the receiver behind my couch and I never even see it

Setup was a breeze. The connection from the main unit to the rear, stretching at about 7-feet has not encountered any problems and the quality in audio is just fine for my experience. Other then hooking up the speaker cables, a little time consuming, I'd vote this unit for anyone who wants to install rear speakers without dealing with wires crossing their room or space.

It was so simple to set-up. I was very happy with the information supplied. It took less than an hour to get it done. If you want a good wireless system get a Rocketfish.

Got it for 49.99 for sale and wished i picked up 2. World great and I don’t have a wire running across the living room!

My only concern with this is whether it will have good longevity. Some of the reviews say no. We're about a month in and this has been an excellent problem-solver for us.

I purchased a surround sound home theater system, but was concerned about connecting rear speakers. This product permits wireless connectivity, and does not seem to compromise sound quality.

...but that said, this is one of the cheapest models on the market. It's really good for apartment use, since running cables isn't an option.

The device was a reduced price open box item, so can't complain about cost, especially because I also added a reward certificate which in the end cost me only 50 bucks. The install was easy and works very well. The distance to the spa area is about 50 feet, so transmission and receiving isn't an issue. I am very pleased with the purchase and the final output of the music.

I purchased to set up a speaker where I could not run a speaker wire for a surround system. Seems to work great!
