Back are Pop Evil; the boys from The Motor City with the latest offering Up! In this 5th studio album from Pop Evil and as it's title suggest it's the direction they continuously go with each new album. This particular blend of sounds and songs is a slight change or shift in the hard rocking on every track but it allows for the diverse range lead singer Leigh and the boys would like to explore as well as surprise some that they pull it off successfully! Not many bands want to be pigeonholed into a genre of music and some stay stationary. But here Pop Evil proves that in their case instead of hovering the rise must continue Up!

I have been a fan of this band since their first album but I am wondering if they should have taken a little more time to come up with some stronger songs? That is not saying that this album isn't any good, it is just that their previous albums are incredible from first to last track. Even though this album is not quite as strong as their previous releases, it is still better than the vast majority of the hard rock albums that will be released this year.

pop evil fourth studio album continues to bring forth some great music by this great band from north Muskegon,michigan. with the new single "footsteps" and it was also used in ram trucks commercial. other songs from this cd includes core ,in disarray ,take it all ,ghost of Muskegon, if only for now, ... ,ways to get high, lux, vendetta, dead in the water, seattle rain, til kingdom come, my confession and footsteps(acoustic version)

this pop evil fourth studio album to date. the single from this album is called footsteps. a outstanding first single from the cd up. and also includes acoustic version of the single. my confessions as a bonus track. they continue to put out the hits and this is a great cd.

I recently just started listening to Pop Evil and if you want to listen to them to find out if you like them, then I recommend this album as a good jumping off point to discover one of the good rock bands of the last fifteen years..

Pop Evil explore new sound territories while staying true to their rocking past. Have been following them since early in their career and I find the band growing more confident with each release. Definitely enjoying the new CD.

I love Pop Evil and they are amazing live, but I couldn't get into this one as the previous albums. There are songs on the album that I absolutely love, but it's not like the previous albums.

I really started listening to Pop Evil when I heard their song Trenches off of the album Onyx. This album is quite different from Onyx, but it still has some amazing riffs, some interesting sounds and is overall a great buy.

I'm a big fan of this band. Was so happy to see that they finally put out a new cd. Overall I liked the like the cd a lot and was not disappointed. Would recommend.

This CD is easily worth the price tag. The band does an awesome job of making sure their songs are great. There aren't any songs on the album that I skip, as they are all pretty good.

I bought this as a gift for my sister who really likes this band. She said the CD is great and can't wait to see them live in a few weels.

I've read some critic reviews before buying, which gave this album a great review. Not as good as Onyx, but a solid rock album nonetheless.

I love this album. Great songs and just fun to listen too. My kids love it too, but I have to skip a few songs so they miss out on the worst of the language.

Its pretty good, but isnt as awesome as there 3rd album Onyx, that one is still the best, this one still has good songs tho.

This was my first Pop Evil album. Very impressed with the energy from start to finish. Songs are varied, nothing sounds the same. Vocals are great!

Love Pop Evil. The Up album had at least four really good songs that I have yet to hear on the radio.

Pop Evil have released another solid rock cd. "Footsteps" is great! So far, it's my 2nd choice for their best album.

Great CD pop evil really rocks on this CD better than any of their previous work they just keep getting better
