Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Pros: Great/easy to use user application, sleek design, sleep tracking is detailed, smart alarm was wonderful - never felt more rested at 5am in my life! The Cons: No digital readout (wasn't a big deal for me since I carry my phone everywhere), sizer does not stay tight after 1st week, clasp does not stay closed after 1st few days (i used a rubber band to fix that), plastic on both sides of the tracking mechanism cracks and breaks within 2months of use. I was a fitbit user, but switched to the pricier UP4 because I wanted to be able to wear my device in the shower. I don't wear watches so I would often forget to put the tracker back on after the shower. Polar is the only other well known tracker that has one made for swimming - but i didn't like the look of the device. My first tracker I owned for 2 wks before it stopped working. After a 1hr call to Jawbone support I was sent another (supposedly the device was faulty). I have owned my 2nd device for less than 2 months and the plastic around the tracking mechanism cracked and broke while sleeping. :(
