    This charger is no different from all devices that use proprietary technology. They work but are grossly overpriced and are worth about half the price. That said the choices you have is buy this charger or a third party one they may destroy your device or cause bodily harm. Two stars refers to the price and not the product performance which is 5 stars.

    The cable we had for the charge 2 was defective, so we replaced it with the item purchased at Best Buy. The charger worked first time we plugged it in as defined in the documentation.
