Make a mistake with this purchase and had to return it.

Not bad for the price. Photo quality not great but serves its purpose

I have been using a flip phone for years, but decided to get a smart phone when my monthly bill was the same as a smart phone plan. I researched budget smart phones and found this one to be rated as one of the best of 2017. Since buying it I have been very impressed. It does everything I need it to do. It has great call quality. It works great for emails and messaging. I am able to surf the web with ease. I am able to watch videos without difficulty. I love the fingerprint sensor and one button navigation. You have access to google assistant which is very helpful. The camera works well enough to capture photos to share with friends and family. The battery works for well over a day. If you are looking for a cellphone to be a productivity machine, or do intensive gaming this is probably not for you. But for everybody else it is great. It has me hooked.

Great reception but screen shatered first drop from less than two ft

Sadly could have been purchased elsewhere for $20 cheaper. Should have shopped around!

The phone is a little aggravating, it goes large and unable to correct it.

thought i was getting a deal but the phone never worked right when i took them out of box and when i talked to geek squad he said he didnt know what to do and for my hassle id receive 50 dollar gift card. well i never received card and currentley shopping for new device.

This phone is cheap. Do not expect this phone to last more than a month.

Not to bad a phone finely got it to stop trying to update and was able to block all the Google junk that came with it and after 4 years the battery still holds for a week it can't even find the state I am in and I don't have any ads when I go online

I am very impressed, great budget smartphone with a lot of features higher end phones have. Reliable and gets a great signal.

I purchased the phone without the Geek Squad service plan. After one month to the day, the phone would not turn on. I was referred to Motorola for service. Followed the instructions and sent the phone to Tx. Five days later I received a replacement without a back cover or battery. Motorola considers these accessories. I am still trying to get a complete phone from Motorola service. Without having a cell phone, I must rely on email and they are very slow to respond.
