    I so regret buying this phone. I can't get email (even after several calls to my provider), when you hit load more messages you ONE at a time. Problems with this phone are too numerous to mention. One was it set up a screen lock itself and I couldn't get in for days. I bought it because I'm on disability and was what I thought was a price I could afford. I will NEVER buy another Moto or Motorola again.

    If you’re looking for a cheap phone not to do much on..this would work out. For me, the battery didn’t last and felt really small in my hand. I returned the device

    Absolutely horrible!! Despite several calls to Best Buy, several in person store visits, and countless emails my cellphone was never activated. The absolute worst experience ever!!

    The phone got a virus or something a week after I got it and I wasn't even able to use it! Wouldn't come back on. If I could give it a negative 0 I would.

    Got this phone for my son for Christmas and we were told and seen one price for service but now its a different price. Not happy with it. Good luck when purchasing a phone from verizon prepaid

    Worth Buying

    Hello, this is Big Boyz Tech Blog Owner. I myself personally own this from, bought from best buy for Verizon prepaid. Its a solid phone. There is only ONE downside to this phone, it has micro USB. That's it. The camera takes excellent pictures in 13mp. The front camera is good (NO FRONT FLASH). Octa-core processor. 2gb ram. Android PIE (oh yeah!) 16gb ram (acceptable) 5.5" screen is the sweet spot for size. The front speaker is loud and acceptable quality. This phone has a removable battery!!! FINALLY! SO sick of non removable! This is also a world phone and according to best buy comes unlocked! I checked the network settings and there are options for world, etc. SO most possibly unlocked HOWEVER, this will not work until you have activated the phone and paid for your first month through Verizon prepaid. In fact Verizon has locked their phones down so much YOU CANT USE IT FOR WIFI UNTIL YOU ACTIVATE THIS PHONE AKA PAY FOR YOUR FIRST MONTH. But Verizon is the best. I bought mine on sale at best buy for the sale price of $69.99, I would NOT feel this phone should cost more than this. $70 is a lot of money. These reviews you read about $200 being a "budget phone" are usually paid by the companies to talk like that. For $200 I better be getting top of the line prepaid, its a freaking phone man not a laptop! Have you seen the $200 HP laptops? JUNK, don't buy them, if you see eMMC or MMC listed or if you see 32gb, 64gb memory for the hard drive, DONT BUY you are throwing away your money I am telling you now. If you can get this phone on sale do it, you will love this phone.

    I upgraded from the e5 and prefer this model. It's faster than it's predecessor, and I don't really miss the fingerprint sensor. Overall, it works well enough for me.
