    I bought this phone on Jan 3rd I believe.. it worked fine for a few days. now when I touch the glass nothing happens. going to Best Buy to ask why and maybe they will give me another one

    My iPhone broke & the Geek Squad could not help me for 2 weeks. I needed a temporary phone. I bought this Moto phone on the advise of the clerk. The clerk said I could the Verizon SIM card out of my broken iPhone and put it in this one and use it till my Geek Squad appointment. My SIM would not work in the Best Buy Motorola Moto. Due to Covid19, it is too dangerous for me to go back to Best Buy to return this useless phone. I’m out over $60. The clerk gave very bad advice. I will never take Best Buy’s advice again.

    Cheap phone for basic use for a short period of time. I wouldn't use this phone if I need anything more than 1 or 2 calls every few weeks. Phone is a piece of junk!

    This was the worst experience I've ever had! My personal information and even my contact list was compromised. My kids were getting texts from some strange guy, but looked like it was coming from my phone. Best But blamed Verizon, and Verizon blamed Best But. But, nobody wanted to help and just blew me off.

    Trouble using it right out of the box. Not instinctive at all. Slow to respond to commands. Honestly like my 7 year old phone MUCH better. But it WAS cheap.
