In the short time I've had this phone, access to the web and other media has been great compared to thr "flip phone" I had.

This phone was on a promotional sale. I activated it in store and signed up for the lowest plan and even received a special offer on the plan for double the data. The phone works great for what I need and the service was great at Best Buy.

No major complaints i knew I wasn’t getting an iPhone or a galaxy but all in all great value for the price and a great back up phone when your falls in the tub lol

For the price it is not too bad, but it is lacking in processing power (struggles with even some web surfing), sturdiness (plastic body didn't hold up well), and the camera could be better.

It works, except its a prepaid phone im using on my daughter's line that is a post paid line.. so she cant receive text messages. Other than that it works well.

Customer service for this visit: 5 out of 10. Ease of product initialization: 6 out of 10. Confusing, I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone getting everything set up, including billing.

Like the phone but it updated to a new operating system and now when i surf the internet its constantly says has to reload pages or only loads half a page. So the chrome browser is JUNK.

This phone is a good phone but if your not getting any type of protection for it dont buy cause it breaks easy

Decent kids phone. My kids use it on wifi. The E4 was the same price and felt more durable.

I am a fan of Motorola going back to the Razr. I purchased this phone as a gift and I am so happy that it was well received. So far so good.

I needed a burner phone for those top secret calls and messages. Turned out i really needed it for a relative visiting to have a way to communicate with so we didn't loose them.

Perfect for the price. It does everything we needed it to do, Very clear phone calls, quick text service. The camera was not the best but that is not why we bought it.

This Motorola E5 with prepaid was a great option for family visiting from out of the country in need of a US phone while they’re here.

I bought it is a burner phone to use while my phone was getting repaired I wish I would have just bought this one from the beginning LOL

This phone worked great. Needed a Verizon phone for service area. Only bought a prepaid service for the month. Worked great

We have not connected it yet. I don`t anticipate that they`ll be any issues. The price was on point, so don`t expect miracles either.

My review is for the ordering, shipping and return process only. All were fast and easy, unfortunately I decided on a different phone so I never used this one.

We bought this because we are foster parents and we needed an extra phone incase we got an older child that needed one

Just what I was looking for in a occasionally used prepaid phone. This Motorola has all the features required to make calls,receive emails and surf the Internet.

Love the phone , more than the phone I loved the service! Easy hand over old phone and let them transfer to new phone. So easy that I never go anywhere else!
