Could say if the phone is any good or not as it has to be activated to unlock phone, and verizions instructions/website suck. Unfortunately verizion is the only carrier that has any decent service in my area. Next time I will go to verizion store and will not pay till phone is up and running

Texting has issues. Usually and almost always have to wait, sometimes minutes, for the app to open. And alot of the times it doesn't open. Text support for them sucks also. They say its the way the phones are made. do not buy Motorola phones. This phone is by far the worst piece of garbage I have ever owned. LG phones are FAR superior, but are hard to find nowadays. I wish I was never talked into buying this hunk of junk.

On/off button to wake the phone up from sleep mode only works part time. My bad for not buying the Geek Squad warranty on it. Last Motorola I'll buy
