I purchased this phone for a child's 1st phone. I couldn't be happier. It's great. Works for everything we need it to. Great sound quality, nice camera, and easy to use.

Way nicer than my previous phone. More internal memory which is awesome. Just wish call volume was better because it's hard to hear even with it all the way up. Really enjoy it though.

My 3G phone was well-worn. So I upgraded to a Motorola E5. It is a very nice phone to work with. It is responsive and is easier to use as time goes by. Verizon Tech Support is excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Took longer to get activated than I expected (apparently you need a strong WiFi signal), but it works well.

great phone for the money. Verizon prepaid has some good plans but Pageplus has more data for the money.

Staff didn't know we had to activate in first 24hrs so we had to go back the day we tried to start using. 75 miles of wasted road time was a little frustrating.

Bought this phone to use while my iPhone was being repaired. I'll keep it as a backup.

Motorola e5 Play is a great phone. The cell phone department at Best Buy in Albany is well managed and knowledgeable. Don't go to a Verizon staffed store. Go to Best Buy!

As always, I have a little trouble in getting use to a new a cell phone, but I am sure, with some help, I will master it.

My moto5 is good. It is a little slow downloading but that is ok. I dont do streaming.

There is nothing special or great about this phone. It's cheap easy to break and hard to find cases for. Got because lost other phone. Didn't want to break contract, and pay a bunch of money.
