Kind of sucks

The old phone was working okay. Never really gave me any problems. Just a little scratched up and I thought I would like the option of increasing storage. So I bought this phone. It sucks. It's essentially the same phone, just a little bigger. And it's soooo slooooow. I didn't add anything extra on this phone. It has the exact same content as my old phone and it takes forever to load any website or app. I often have to wait for the screen to unfreeze. Total waste of money. Garbage

Impossible to Activate (Returned)

Then, Verizon Customer Service and Technical Support couldn't activate it. Then, Best Buy Customer Support working with Verizon couldn't activate it. Then, Verizon informed me that it's impossible to activate the phone because my zip code does not exist.

Bestbuy has FALSE specs

Just a basic phone...

Went to doctor's office and missed a call because it's literally a WiFi only phone. If no WiFi, you must use your phones WiFi data. So irritating. Also, people can't hear you that well, sounds like you're under water. SMH

Defective from day 1

Will not buy phone from this store again.
