It began working again after being turned off and back on. The size of the phone is excellent. My family looks forward to using this phone.

Loved it even more after Verizon helped get my Sprint number switched over. Was difficult due to shutdown of Covid19 and couldn't get local BestBuy to help like they normally would. 100% recommend

All the benefits without a contract. I had to replace my old Samsung phone which just totally died on me. Had it for about five years and loved it. I just wasn't to careful plugging the charger into the USB port and it got damaged beyond repair.

I am 62 and love the size of the keyboard when typing. I have No complaints about this phone
