It doesn't receive or send messages. I have missed phone calls. Thank goodness I have a land line or I wouldn't know that people have tried reaching me but the calls don't come through!

I'm in the middle of texting and a game or advertisement pops up and the message is lost. Too many movements required just to make a phone call or text. Confusing overall. Don't buy this phone. Bust Buy advertised this phone as a J7. What I got was a J7V. Arguing with the staff member during pick-up on Black Friday with a long line behind me was useless. I was assured it was the same as the J7, WRONG!
