Several steps are required to get to your messages and often just to answer the phone. Lost phone calls and messages! Never had trouble like this with previous phones. Hate it to say the least.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone about 1 to 2 years ago from verizon, and I have to say it's a good beginner phone. For the price your not going to get as many features, for the people that like that kind of stuff. It has a micro USB for charging, and a just OK main camera with up to 4x zoom, and no zoom for the front facing camera. Main camera also has a flash. It has a micro SD card slot which I thought was nice. The best thing about this phone I think is that it can be upgraded to android 9.0, and has very good screen resolution. It also has a headphone jack. The only thing to be careful about with this phone it that the back is made of thin plastic, which cracked within 2 weeks of having the phone. It also does NOT support wireless charging. But, as long as you have a micro SD card in, it does run games like call of duty mobile, pretty well. Even on low graphics in the game, the good screen resolution makes up for not being able to run the game on high video game quality settings. And no, you cant get Fortnite on this phone. Two things that I wish it had was a USB type C for charging, and a fingerprint scanner. But what can you expect for the price. I should also mention that the battery life is pretty good (up to 2 days on medium power saving), and it DOES have face unlock, but it is pretty slow compared to any of the new 2019 flagship phones with face ID. But other than a few minor inconveniences, I have enjoyed the phone and would recommend as a first phone.
