works great. Easy navigation throughout the phone

If you don't talk straight in the phone you can't hear anything. Made cheap. Don't buy this.

Rule changes on prepaid phones have changed again. This led me to return this phone and add a land line instead. To expensive, to many new rules.

This phone is slow and outdated. Sending texts were more frustrating than it should be

It's garbage. It doesn't connect, the speed dial doesn't work. There is no manual to help.

Phone came in great time but it was defected. Phone would not charge after 11% and phone would not turn on.

Dropped calls, did not respond when prompted. To bad ,I loved my Samsung flip phone but it was 3g.

As of April 2020, this Takumi eTalk phone does not have access to Google Play. There is no way to install Android app on this phone.

You had just what I wanted for my sister-in-law and she got it the next day! couldn't believe it.

This phone is awful. Bought it for an elderly relative. Absolutely terrible. Phone jumps ahead to other contacts, says no SIM card, and is the poorest reception I have ever encountered.

I really, really like this phone. The camera is good, though a little slow, so you have to remember to wait for a couple seconds after the shutter clicks so the pictures don't turn out blurry, and the display is easy to see and navigate. The one thing I've noticed is it's really difficult to transfer photos off of the device. I tried setting up Verizon cloud, but it has been basically impossible, and in general Verizon has been hard to deal with. Other than that would definitely recommend!

Phone works great! Used as my emergency backup when my smartphone was being fixed!

I am a senior , hard to hear on high volume, no instruction on how to block calls from scamers, so many steps to add contact , and harder to delete them I got very flustrated as I did not have this problem with my old flip phone ,i am very unhappy .No real instruction on how to set up.

This is a good basic flip phone. I find it more difficult to text with than my old 3G Samsung flip phone. It’s also a little larger. It will work.

This is a replacement phone for my 95 year old great Aunt and it does the job for her. She does not text, take pictures or anything like that. It is loud so she is able to hear it ring and it has good volume for her to hear when people are talking. I set it up so it took a little bit but was able to program it like her old one so she didn't have to relearn anything.
