Verizon can’t help activate and Best Buy likely won’t let me return it. So it’s a wash. Great idea for a person who only need it to talk but pointless if it can’t be connected

Not so great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this phone today. So far I am having difficulty with the settings. There is no consistency with the buttons used to make settings. The main problem though is that the text size, while set to large, is not near large enough for my weak eyes unlike my previous smaller sized flip phone. I most likely will return it within the next few days. I did however have great and thorough service at Best Buy this morning, thanks Eli.

Not unlocked like it said
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone because in the description it says it is unlocked. When it came, it has to be used with verizon for 60 days before it can be unlocked. Best Buy won't take it back even though it is not what their description said. No stars would be appropriate for Best Buy customer service and the false description.
