The steamer gets way too hot even on the low setting. I tried to find ways to prevent myself from getting burned such as using a spa band around my ears and forehead, pulling the hood up higher, but I still can feel the steam burning my skin. I also noticed that the steamer does not reach the nape of my head at all. After using the steamer a couple of times I noticed the hood loosened and will no longer stay up. Unfortunately, the steamer does bot workout for my family and me
