Good analog conversion tool

The included software is helpful for simple editing, but you'll want to use something else if you're getting serious about adding production value to your recordings.

Works Well for Digitizing Family Videos

It will automatically stop file creation upon sensing a loss of video signal, so that's a nice feature. If you have a scene that is a only couple of seconds long, however, the Vidbox may not recognize it. It will pick up the audio from a scene like this, but not the video.

Tape to digital

Had some difficulty in the beginning, but learned after a few attempts. Wish I could have recorded faster, but it did the job well.
