    sooo...i mean. ok..so hyundia discontinued its bluelink services on models older than 2018 i believe, which included remote start. So, being a sucker for convenience , i heard about Best Buy selling & installing remote start equipment. So they initially told me the install would take about 2hrs-2hrs30 min. The install ended up taking over 5 hours & I had to call a friend to come get me because I don't live in the same city as the best buy. And the guy was making it VERY known to me that the install was difficult, as if there was something I could do about it. So all in all, I guess it was worth it , esp with the warranty, but there is a HORRIBLE glitch. If you lock the car with the original fob, it will start the car. It has done this 3 times since i've had it. So i'm sure thats not the only glitch and thats scary to think that your car could just be running without your knowledge. I found that out on my own , there was no mention of that by the techs.

    My vehicle was an older model (2002) and the Viper system was for 2012 or newer. Works just fine and have had no issues with this system add-on.

    Had it installed on a old 89 DeVille. I have had no problems with locking or unlocking doors with Viper key fob.

    Starter works great,, make van cool or hot depending on where you set temp. Alarm is loud and works on impact as well as door opening.

    Nice compact relay kit for door locks.Easy to install and comes with some needed resistors. Directions are very good also.
