My installer was great and knowledgeable. And you can expand to your hearts content. WOW ! Wish it came with a larger key fob.

Horrible Best Buy Technician experience

Best Buy website shows that it’s compatible. So she schedules the appointment In Dickson city, Pa. The technician claimed the product was bad from stock, ordered a new unit and set the next appointment date.. The same technician attempted the install once again. Claiming the remote start would not sync to the vehicle this time. Without even asking my mother he returned and refunded the order. I contacted Viper tech support about the excuse the Best Buy technician gave “it would not sync” and the answer I got was “I never heard of that problem before. I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy. I expected more professionalism and customer satisfaction. My mother even said she would have tried taking it to a different Best Buy because she was impressed with the technician at the Dickson city location, but he did not give her a choice in the matter.
