    Feel it is a good item. Appreciated help from store employee as information on various auto starters was difficult for a novice to understand and choose from. The wait for installation was the only negative. So far the device itself seems fine.

    Bought the product and was lucky enough to get an appt to install it a week after. I show up for the appointment and the technician tells me starter is not compatible with my vehicle and he cannot install it because no firmware has been released. I go to the manufacturer's website to double check which states that my vehicle is compatible and the firmware was released early Jan. We are in June, so I am not sure what the disconnect is here. Took off of work so basically wasted a day. I must say the installer was very profressional and friendly.
