Always professional. Hes very knowledgeable. He make it visit satisfaction. I have recommend Patrick to numerous people. I DON'T live close to South County. The last viper remote that I purchased in 2018 could start my car 50 yards away. The recent one that I purchased, I have to be at least 25 yards away. And the app for the viper, you have to be at least 12 ft away. Other than that it’s good to have.
