I'm not sure how close i need to be to get it get the engine to start. So far it's a minor problem, and considering buying another unit for my car.

Great product, but no directions

I don’t want to be at the very busy installer guy’s mercy everytime I want to adjust or add something.

Viper DS4 + remote start system.

It makes going to work much nicer to get into a warmed up car just in time for the coldest days of winter. The technician was very knowledgeable and said it would take him 2-1/2 hrs. to install. (Barring any complications) It is worth the time and effort. Thank you Best Buy.

The last viper remote that I purchased in 2018 could start my car 50 yards away. The recent one that I purchased, I have to be at least 25 yards away. And the app for the viper, you have to be at least 12 ft away. Other than that it’s good to have.

I was able to return it with no problem. The staff was very courteous and understanding.
