I purchased it for my Nissan Rouge 2015 and Hondo CRV 2014 and both work great with excellent reception range. Has saved my time and life a lot in winter as well as Summer. It has a good range and even has an iOS and Android software.

Love the convenience. Unfortunately the included remote has terrible range, but still very helpful on cold days.

I like the free app but short bt distance only. You better off using the hub that come with the system. Lond distance!

This kit is very convenient, Saves a lot of time and trouble and helps you get on your way much quicker. Only downside without having it included remote the vehicles remote you have to push too many times to work that’s an inconvenience

Reviews were extremely helpful. Purchasing was a breeze as was scheduling the install. The install took slightly less than the scheduled time and they made sure everything was demonstrated clearly prior to my leaving. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. They were awesome!

Awesome initial purchase. I do have to buy the next step up as it is not practical to only be able to start car right next to it.

This instillation meant a main electrical lime being cut and prior waranty would no longer be active. None of that is told prior.

Works great, only hard part was scheduling the install. I had to schedule 2 months out in a location 4 hours away. Horrible inconvenience.

Service tech was rude and impatient . Didn’t explain features , had to request a manager that took the time to explain features

This remote start works ok. Does not connect to my app at all and works Some of the time. When it does function correctly it’s nice to have my car started.

Starter has been working well. It is a little tricky getting the phone to connect as you have to have the timing down very well to get it into pairing mode. YouTube videos are helpful.

No more cold vehicle to get in. Start up with no issues. Works great on Toyota truck. Will not have to pay yearly fee Toyota charges to use there connect. Viper is outstanding.

Bought 2. One for each of my daughters for Christmas. They loved them

This is a great product for vehicles that do not have remote start kits as part of their OEM remote. I was amazed at how affordable it was, including the installation price as well. Best option in town! I've already recommended to friend and he's purchased one as well.

Product is great just don’t have geek squad install it. Had to take my Car to the dealer cause my abs light and engine light turned on. They said who ever installed the starter butchered my cables. He cut my brake line so only thing holding my car was the abs system brakes. I was furious that they would let me drive away like that so when I confronted Best Buy management they completely denied any wrong doing that their guy is the best and so on. Never doing business with them again

Just be careful of unknowingly starting your vehicle because I started my car numerous times as it only takes one button push to start the car accidentally

had it on sale with free geek squad installation, made an appointment, after a day and it was running smoothly on my corolla s 2013 til now with no issues. only downside is the remote its a one way communication but u can buy a better quality. but it’s optional.

I bought this for my daughters 2012 chevy cruze and she really likes it.

This item had the features I was interested in having, but upon arrival for installation, my Geek Squad installer said that it was a nightmare to install and asked me to change to a different remote start system. Hands were tied since I had already driven a long distance for the install appointment. Don't feel like I got all the same features, and they charged me more $$ too. Why would Best Buy sell this item if their own installers basically refuse to install it?

Ehh it’s mediocre. Purchased it in October 2023 and already have to bring it in April 2024 for repair. Less than 4 months and already having to bring it in…not too reliable.
