Purchased the Viper DS4+ remote start for my Mazda. The best part of this product is they have modular parts in case you want to expand features on this product. The current equipment has Bluetooth module which can remotely start the engine, lock & unlock the vehicle.

I purchased it for my Nissan Rouge 2015 and Hondo CRV 2014 and both work great with excellent reception range. Has saved my time and life a lot in winter as well as Summer. It has a good range and even has an iOS and Android software.

Works great! We set our heater where we want it and remote start it in the morning before taking the kids to school and it’s nice and warm when we come out to the vehicle. It’s set to run for 25 minutes when remote started

The installation was professionally completed. I am extremely pleased with the end result snd eo I ld highly recommend thd Owings Mills, MD location for any car installation eork.

I have found that it will drain the battery/killed the alternator if you just it all the time. better if only used in the south

This kit is very convenient, Saves a lot of time and trouble and helps you get on your way much quicker. Only downside without having it included remote the vehicles remote you have to push too many times to work that’s an inconvenience

Love the convenience. Unfortunately the included remote has terrible range, but still very helpful on cold days.

I like the free app but short bt distance only. You better off using the hub that come with the system. Lond distance!

This is a great product for vehicles that do not have remote start kits as part of their OEM remote. I was amazed at how affordable it was, including the installation price as well. Best option in town! I've already recommended to friend and he's purchased one as well.

No more cold vehicle to get in. Start up with no issues. Works great on Toyota truck. Will not have to pay yearly fee Toyota charges to use there connect. Viper is outstanding.

Works great, only hard part was scheduling the install. I had to schedule 2 months out in a location 4 hours away. Horrible inconvenience.

Starter has been working well. It is a little tricky getting the phone to connect as you have to have the timing down very well to get it into pairing mode. YouTube videos are helpful.

Awesome initial purchase. I do have to buy the next step up as it is not practical to only be able to start car right next to it.

Horrible experience. I was purchasing the product as a Christmas present. I went to 4 different stores looking for this item in stock. The salesman at the 2100 s store advised me it was in stock, sold me the product, made an appointment for installation and charged me for the exchange. After handing me the receipt, I asked where my product was, he then advised me that they didn't have any in-store but everything will be with the tech at the time of installation at their American Fork location and all the vehicle owner had to do is show up to the appointment. This also put me in a predicament that I now did not even have a physical gift to give. On the date of installation, I received a call from the tech saying they did not have the product to install and that if I wanted it done I had to go to a different location, in another completely different town to pick up what I had already purchased from the store in SLC and also different from the store scheduled to do the installation. I was advised by the tech that if we could not get this done in 15 minutes, then the appointment would be cancelled as a no show. Obviously this would have been impossible for me coming from Tooele to have to go to a store in Orem to get a part for an installation in American Fork that I purchased in Salt Lake!. Needless to say, the appointment was cancelled indicating the customer was a "no show" and I then shortly after it was followed up by an email stating if I did not pick up the product soon they were reversing the changes on my card, therefore no Christmas present at all. I made multiple attempts to contact the store but all calls go directly to a phone service that appears to be located in a different country. I was told multiple times that I could not speak with a salesman or manager at the actual location. I wont even go into the hassle it caused for the recipient of the gift to even just pick up the product, it has yet to be installed.

had it on sale with free geek squad installation, made an appointment, after a day and it was running smoothly on my corolla s 2013 til now with no issues. only downside is the remote its a one way communication but u can buy a better quality. but it’s optional.

I purchased this to replace the exact model Viper, that's installed in a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I took the original one installed to another Viper Dealer to purchase two remotes and after 2hrs 20mins, they were unable to get it programmed. I left and ordered a new unit from Best Buy to replace the limited lifetime warranty unit that appears to have failed. and the first shop failed to offer to replace it. They installed it and it worked for around 30 days. This morning was the 3rd time its failed to start the Jeep. So I guess I get to go back to Best Buy to see of they can figure out why it has frequently failed to start. I wish I would have just returned it after the first time, but I have missed the return with by exactly 1 week.
