Works great. I had a compustar remote started installed, but my car turned off every time I opened the door. This one does not do that.

Not very happy with this unit so far. A large portion of toyota, lexus, etc cannot use the factory remote to remote start as advertised (so you will have to purchase an expensive remote or use the one button remote.) Bluetooth is very hard to connect and it is not reliable. So, if you want to use the app to lock, unlock, or start your car don't count on this feature. I was told by a voxx tech that I would probably need to have Bestbuy reset the module (he also said this may happen every so often, and that bestbuy would need to reset it each time.) I am going to try and have this unit pulled and either swap to a different brand or do without a remote start.

Love bluetooth when i forget my key and need something out of the car. Bluetooth can hit from balcony about 35-45 ft. Turns off when entering (safety- cant start auto start and drive away).

great product for my wife let's her warm and cool her vehicle with the doors still locked no chance of theft while the vehicle is running

I got a package deal on this system. I like the options. It can be programmed with the factory keys, has an additional fab, and works with our phones w the bluetooth app. We like it a lot so far.

I’m planning getting another one sometime next year.

Remote start system if I can get it installed, I have been waiting for 2 months

Service department was very cordial and explained everything to me.

I like it and I don't like it. I installed it because I wanted to be able to start my car from a mile away but it didn't happened and I wanted to be able to start my car from my phone but the app is not working unless you're next to your car. So the money I paid for the viper control wasn't worth it. It was a waste of money. I should have paid for the app I got with my car and I would have been happier but I thought I would have saved some money. At the end, I wouldn't suggest you to buy this product unless you want to start your car while you're next to it but what's the purpose when you are next to your car? Right? Not worth your money or time. The app is even so confusing to set up at the beginning, it took me and my son to figured it out how it works and it only works if you're next to your car, that's all.

Good remote start system. Installation included in the price. Wish it came with a two way remote.

It works great and it doesn’t exactly what it’s supposed to do by starting my SUV.

No real help at time of purchase. So many associates standing around and no-one offered help. No information on products provided. Would have gotten a different or additional add ons if provided quality service. Gentleman that installed AutoStart was great. The actual product itself do not like the remote that it came with or the fact get the phone app is very temperamental and starting the vehicle.

This is better than my automatic start that came on my Yukon.. Easy to start .. glad it shuts off when you open the door

I am going to love it on those cold and snowy days, as well as those warm toasty ones.

Great value when on sale. Picked this up for $200 with installation. Does what it’s supposed to do - Included remote is average at best. Top notch Best Buy installers at store #30. Go see Patrick.

I honestly don’t feel like this product is worth the money. I paid about $300 (product and installation). It doesn’t work 150 feet away. I have to be really close to my car in order for it to start from my phone. The Geek Squad members weren’t helpful until I came back the following day. At this point I just want all of my money back.
